Ordered 4 units from them. They were delivered on time and the correct units were provided. I would order on line again. Called customer sevice to add calibration to the units, customer service was efficient and friendly to work with.

Honest great people and ship pretty quickly

First, I ordered two packages of fuses for two different Fluke multimeters. One package contained one fuse, and the the other package contained five fuses. The package of one was priced at $10.57. The total freight charges were $18.20, so pro-rating half the freight charges to each package makes the cost of the single-packaged fuse $19.77. ALMOST TWENTY DOLLARS FOR ONE FUSE! OUTRAGEOUS.

Second, it took almost two weeks to get the shipment. AWFUL! Amazon (and almost everybody else) does it in three days.

Third, I used Fluke's website to contact them by email. I asked them to quote their flat rate for repairing a Fluke meter, and I gave them the model number. That was over two weeks ago, and they have not yet responded in any way. TERRIBLE!

They make good meters, but the next one I purchase will not be a Fluke. They obviously don't give a rip about loyal customers.

I would recommend this service to anyone interested in buying a meter

Good meter good price. All I need the company can pay if I need more. The I flex attachment I mean. This is just meter with leads and soft case. I really like this product.

Overall, there was really good customer service except for the lead time and availability of the item that I ordered. When I called, I was told it was in stock and available to ship when I ordered it. It ended up being a backorder and took an extra week or so than it was supposed to. Besides that, we received the product and it was exactly what we needed.
