Very disappointing experience!
I had one of the worst experiences with this website. I placed a midnight delivery order as a birthday surprise for my friend. Before placing the order, I specifically asked if same-day midnight delivery was possible, and they assured me 100% that it was. But the order was delivered the next evening, completely ruining the surprise.
To make things worse, the product quality was also very poor and not as expected.
Would not recommend this service to anyone looking for timely or reliable delivery.

It is really a frustrating situation with this (My flower gift )business because this people don’t have professionalism with the order as Dey have pissed off with this delivery after so many messages and emails. The thing happen is I ordered 3 gifts i.e 1 kg of chocolate cake of worth rupees 2246 rupees, 1 Sula Red wine bottle I ordered is worth of rupees 3500 rupees and 20 roses flowers bouquet of worth rupees 1150 rupees and extra delivery charges so altogether I paid 7296 rupees for all this order and I tried to pay first only for cake that 2246 but Der was a issue with the transaction so they gave me link to do payment so after doing all payment they disappeared .dat money also Dey have not given to me .so all together I paid 9942 only for this 3 items .they have given 1 number that number also not receiving by anybody so it was really frustrating .after waiting and calling and messaging for 3 hours we didn’t get any reply and the day is over .so at the night Dey are messaging us saying delivery boy doesn’t get your address properly so we could not do it now and will send you back tomorrow . The day of my sister birthday is on25 th July then y should we want that delivery on the next day .
So after so many calls and messaging They didn’t reply back so got frustrated so I was taking update but they were saying contact support desk That also not giving proper response time .after frustrating me so much they are expecting me to talk them properly so I gave a bad word considering it’s a fraud.
Now the thing is I already complain to crime branch and other resources for making such type of fraud they have delivered the order today .but order is not proper still the wine bottle which I order is not the same . I don’t trust this gift now as it can be dangerous as some of the person said to me something else that they are blaming me for saying bad words . Please everyone I. Am saying to you all people here on media don’t entertain such fake sites anymore .Its not good .I am giving a very bad because of this issue.
Kindly understand my feeling . Can anybody suggest me what we can do to get my refund with this fraud business and tel people not to use such website. Please 🙏

Scam, this is a scam website, dont use it

Scammy and unprofessional. Took full payment, promised free delivery, then later demanded extra ₹300 — pure cheating after confirmation.

They are fraud, don't fall in to their trap as soon as they receive the payment then they'll disappear

If you're considering ordering from this website—don't. I regret every moment I spent placing my order.

They promise beautiful gifts, timely delivery, and high-quality products. What you actually get is a pile of disappointment disguised as a delivery. The fruit basket was literally stuffed into a plastic bag, and the cake looked like it came from a roadside shop. Nothing matched the photos, and the quality was disgraceful.

But the real scam? After payment, they vanish. No replies, no help, no respect. Just silence. They play with people's emotions and take advantage of important occasions. It’s not just bad service—it’s outright fraud wrapped in glossy fake promises.

This site is a black hole for trust, money, and special memories. Avoid it. Tell your friends to avoid it. Warn your family. Never trust them with anything that matters.

Had ordered few items after they confirmed availability. After next day of payment, they said product is unavailable..offered another cheap alternative but Still asking for additional payment. When asked for refund, there is no positive response. Got duped by them. Wish had read the reviews

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order placed through your portal. Unfortunately, the delivery did not meet expectations, as several items were missing. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team via phone calls, I have not received any response.

Moreover, when I did manage to speak with a representative, I encountered unprofessional and discourteous behavior, with no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter, including the delivery of the missing items and a formal apology for the service shortcomings.

TOTAL SCAM… DO NOT ORDER from this website… They are very responsive untill you make the payment and vanish into thin air afterwards… We planned a beautiful surprise for my father and these people ruined it….This website need to be blocked…

I would give them zero stars for their delivery. They failed to deliver the items we ordered—cake, flowers, and nuts—and what we received was unacceptable. This company is a scam and engages in deceptive practices. I demand that their business be held accountable.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! They are a complete fraud company. Their customer service is horrendous.

When I mentioned I will request refund, this was their response.

This is a fake website. I ordered flowers I didn’t receive, I sent them text on WhatsApp they don’t respond. Then I sent emails no reply. Complete waste of money and time. They ruined a special occasion for me

This is a fraud site. Do not waist your money. I ordered a funeral flower arrange to deliver on June 21st to Kerala. The funeral was on June 21st, and I paid a premium to deliver this flower between 7 am and 9am. They never delivered this. On 22nd I contacted them. They simply said it was delivered. That is a pure lie. These are thieves, who is trying to pick pocket from other people. Don't fall this scam. Stay away from them. If there was an option, I would give them zero star or even below.

I ordered flowers balloons flower bouquet and chocolates bunch. Paid extra charges for fixed time delivery. They were prompt until I did transaction assuring that it will get delivered on time however it wasn't and no one responded when I tried to reach. Moreover contact number is always ringing but noone attends. I lost around1400 rupees in this order. Everything is scam. Is there a way to block this site so in future noone will fall on this site like others.

I luckily only ordered cake, i am in Canada so i wanted to make my lived one bday special but thanks to this pathetic site since i was in hurry i did not check twice and ordered but what all mention same thing happened with me they immediately texted when i was ordering but then vanished after payment. I tried ordering to see their pattern n yes they again texted bcz they dont know its me again, fraud people, i lost 1500rs in this but losing 2 rs on these scammers is a pain this is so unfair n they are running this so smoothly

Ordered a bunch of 60 roses and a mixed fruit cake for my parents 60th anniversary. Called them up to make sure they could do 'same day delivery' and since they said it was coming from a place less than 15kms away, I believed them. It was a time-sensitive delivery.
Cake arrived the next day. The bunch of roses did not have 60 roses but just 48 roses! Also, the cake was not a fruit cake and certainly not what was shown in the photo. All those were paid for too. Prices were on the higher side too.
Absolutely no response on customer service mobile number or their email id once the order is placed.
Had I read the reviews here, I would never have ordered from this site. Then again, after reading all the other horror stories, I am glad at least something was delivered. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ordered for 1st June fixed time inbetween 7 to 9. Still now no contacts, no mail response, called so many times. No response yet. What poor service you are doing at the moment. This gift is for my wifes birthday. And you have destroyed our happiness.If you cant delever on time then please done fool people.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
