I ordered cake and flower but nothing delivered. after all communication they are saying if you want we will deliver only cake. This is cheating company and no way to contact them. I lost second time my money. Don't ever order from this company.

Had a very bad experience order was not delivered and no further clarification it’s a false site only having the bad intention to stole money so be avere of them before you place your order through them. Shame for all Indians gays like these

Scammers and avoid them

Order a cake and they delivered after 2 days based on their availability and that to from a different local shop and sent some other flavour cake and charged extra for delivery after checking with them multiple times initially for address

Worst experience and they have been scamming for many years

I placed an order worth 4K (flowers and pista) for a birthday occasion, but it was delivered two days earlier than scheduled, which was unfair and disappointing. Regarding the early delivery, the company only offered an apology after multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email, with no compensation provided. The support process was not user-friendly and required constant effort just to receive a basic response.

Customers should be aware that if any issue arises, they may need to put in significant effort merely to receive an apology rather than a proper resolution. There is a clear need for improvement in customer support.

Absolutely terrible service ! Never delivered the flowers worth 2000 rupees . Please don't use them.

Actually 0 star very bad experience same like the below customers they are very active while taking orders once we pay then their tone changes altitude changes . Soo bad service not sure i will get my product also . When i called they just disconnected the call. And responding to me in very bad way as if i have requested something for free.

If there were a -5 rating, this company would deserve it. Extremely poor service, unethical payment practices, and zero professionalism. After confirming the order and payment, they suddenly demanded extra money, which is completely unacceptable. Once the order was taken, no one responded at all—calls, messages, everything ignored.
This is the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise everyone not to purchase any program or service from them—ever

I am so so so very sad that I ordered through this online site. I paid extra to deliver on a fixed time and it did not happen , first said the area problem then phone number wasn’t accepting calls. I ordered 25 Red roses, ended up sending 3 different kind of roses, then what was the purpose of the order of 25 RED ROSES??? I paid 1375 rupee solely for the roses!!!!! So sad and disappointing services. Poor time management and poor customer service. Not even responding when called the given number.

Don’t order cake from these people. Don’t waste your money. Very poor response and poor customer service.

If there was a zero star option, that's what I would do. Absolute SCAM! BEWARE. We made a mistake not reading reviews before. They are incredibly QUICK to respond and give you the "service" to have you order things and then send you a tracking link - looks legit up till now. Then things go wrong. They send an unprofessionally written email asking for a contact number and then nothing again. They ask you for a time of delivery, it does not reach. It says on their site, 10AM-7PM delivery - guess what? It does not reach. Their number, message, email - NO RESPONSE. BEWARE.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with myflowergift.com. I placed an order and made the full payment in advance, but the item was never delivered. Despite several follow-ups through email and phone, the company stopped responding and refused to refund my money. Please do not place any orders with myflowergift.com. It appears to be a scam site, and you’ll likely lose your money just as I did.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your delivery service. I had ordered flowers, but instead of the flowers, I received chocolates. This change was made without informing me in advance, which is completely unacceptable.

I placed my order expecting timely and accurate delivery, but receiving the wrong item caused inconvenience and disappointment. Such service is not acceptable from a professional company.

I request you to look into this issue and arrange to deliver the correct order (flowers) as soon as possible, or process a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

I hope you will take the necessary action to ensure this does not happen again.

There should be option for No-Star. Worst service ever. We ordered an cake for delivery and they missed it and when contacted they are not available at all. There should be some regulations to penalize these companies. I should have reviewed this before ordering. I see lots of dissatisfied customers.

I’m really disappointed with my recent online order. The item I received was nothing like what was advertised. It arrived late. The quality is far below expectations — it looks cheap and feels flimsy.
To make matters worse, customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond. I tried reaching out multiple times for a replacement or refund, but I’ve received no proper resolution.

Worst and most fake website ever! I ordered a flower bunch, one doll, and a chocolate box — but they sent me completely different items. The doll was missing, and the chocolates were not even close to what was shown. They show one thing in pictures and send something totally cheap and useless. This is a total scam! Their service is pathetic, and they don’t care about customers at all. Never trust My Flower Gift — it’s a fake and fraud website. Don’t waste your money here!

I paid extra for a fixed time delivery.. They said they will do it for sure. If i see these previous reviews i wouldnt have paid them money. Now no delivery, and no response... They are frauds. I will complaint to the consumer court. They should not be encouraged anymore..
