I purchased online, pick the best flowers I could find and then they delivered the wrong flowers. They've changed it without notification. Completely ruined an important event. I've emailed them (took them awhile to respond) but when they did...Their reply was "The flowers have been delivered" l requested for refund. But completely ignored. That's how they treat their customer, and by the way they will not answer whatsover in WhatsApp (as they claimed they're 24hrs). WORST FLOWER SHOP!!!

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I've received from myflorista.ph regarding my order. Not only was the item not delivered on time and within the time of event, but your team also showed a lack of effort in verifying or locating the address. Showed no empathy too. The staff spent hours arguing and reasoning with me instead of addressing the issue and focusing on resolution.

I'm appalled by the handling of my order/delivery. Despite initial claims that the address didn't exist, your team eventually found it and delivered the flowers. However, due to the delay, the purpose of the gift- to celebrate a significant event was ruined. The flowers were intended as a surprise gift to celebrate a significant achievement, and the failure to deliver ruined the surprise and diminished the celebratory moment. I hope you can understand the emotional value attached to this gift and take steps to prevent similar issues in the future.

I was forced to accept the product due to your refusal to refund the money, despite your company's failure to deliver as promised. I'm still frustrated about the whole experience and the refusal to take accountability for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered birthday flowers, they failed to deliver, then they cancelled my order and they dont pick up the phone for my refund. When I used another number they responded, then asked for my refund they went silent again. They are scammers please dont order from them.

I ordered a bouquet and gift for my child's teacher on her birthday, to be delivered to the class. Over $300.
The delivery service said they could not deliver because they could not call the teacher. They had a valid name and valid school address. They lied and said that security would not let them in. Upon questioning security, school staff and security footage, it was revealed that the driver never even exited his vehicle. MyFlorista staff say that they needed a receiver phone number to deliver. They have MY phone number in my account on record if they had an issue (which they later used to let me know that they could not deliver, by the way).
This company absolutely RUINED our class surprise for the teacher on her birthday, because they not even attempt to make it right. Their driver could not wait 5 minutes for my wife to personally go down to the school.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have used this company a few times in the past. Their arrangements are always considerably smaller than the photos online, and often wilt in un-refrigerated delivery trucks. I paid extra to get reputable service from a bigger company, but I can say this: I will NEVER give them another dime, especially after their rep stated in my WhatsApp that it was my fault for not giving them the teachers phone number. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of a surprise, right?? Besides, a teacher would never answer her phone in class.

SCAMMERS , Sooooo disappointing , I HATE THEIVES. Took my money, no response. I've send messages via, Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp and email. with no reply.

SCAMMERS!!! I ordered flowers and chocolates on Feb. 6th for Valentine Day delivery. This was the second time using this site and for the second time they did not have what I ordered and had to substitute. When I placed my order on Feb. 6th, it clearly stated that the delivery would be made on Feb. 13th or 14th. On Feb. 15th, they contacted me to state that the recipient had not responded to three attempts to contact her. My girlfriend said that she never received any notifications. I provided my girlfriend's contact number, a map screenshot with my girlfriend's house clearly circled on the map, a street view of her house, and as of Feb. 17th, the flowers and chocolates still not have been delivered and I was told that in the Terms and Conditions it states that this we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date despite clearly stating the delivery would be made on the 13th or 14th on my purchase receipt. Stay away from this company. You will not get what you ordered and they will scam you out of your money. As of today, my girlfriend has not received what I purchased and I have not received a refund. Use them at your own risk!!!

They will just take your money and stop replying to your messages. 0/10 do not recommend.

What i experienced with this shop is horrible. Nothing about them is good, NOTHING.

Flowers turned up on time and very good quality. Come in a nice box & nice wrapping, flowers have water capsules attaches and petals were protected to make sure they are in good condition on arrival.

Complete rogues,my late friend was laid to rest at 10 am today in the Philippines and these lying b@stards said his funeral was yesterday and there was nobody to receive his flowers at the chapel of rest ,I'll be suing you and anyone reading this never buy from them as they are cheats and liars ,liars and cheats

I ordered flowers midday May 10 for delivery May 11 or 12. I received a confirmation of delivery! The recipient did not get them. I have not received any reply from myfloristsph after multiple attempts to reach them since May 14.
This business Appears to be a Scam !

There was an issue with a false report of the flowers being delivered when they in fact had not, but MyFlorista stepped in and made the delivery on Valentine's Day in The Philippines as promised.

This is the second time I have ordered flowers for evening delivery. yet they deliver at noon when no one is home. no one from the company answers, they don't care at all, only if they get their money. I do not recommend.

Delivery came a day late which ruined the surprise.

Admin claimed they sent an email as they could not find the address but no email was received.

They also claimed that nobody answered on the phone number provided, but when given another number to call, they did not call anyway.
