Sparse flowers
This is the second time I have taken delivery of flowers from this company. Both times they were a gift and both times the quantity of flowers was sadly lacking and most certainly did not reflect the price paid. Granted the flowers were fresh, just very few of them. When receiving a gift, no-one wants to say anything other than that the flowers were beautiful, but on both occasions I have sent a photo of the flowers received to the sender who was both annoyed and disappointed as they were so far removed from the picture shown online. Neither the sender nor I will use this company ever again.

Overall good experience
Good online experience and the ordered flowers looked very good on arrival.
Did consider the price for specifying an a.m. or p.m. slot to be rather high, so did not select this option but the delivery was in the a.m. period in any case, which met my requirements.
