Paid £2,000 for a firepit and then had to wait 2 months for delivery. On delivery the item was of cheap quality so I asked for a refund. They initially wanted a £500 re-stocking fee, however when i threatened them with legal action, they agreed to refund my money in full if I returned the product (which i did). It then took another three weeks before I received my refund with numerous excuses (they had covid and card processing errors). Be careful folks!!!

Fantastic service only issue is delivery charge which seems a little over the top

Ok, so there are firepits and there a fire pits, many to choose from! All i can say is wow! These firepits are unbelievable and extremely natural, and classy looking which just makes such a fantastic product. I can say this because prior to buying from myfirepits I did actually buy one from a well known large garden type company that supplies lots of furniture and other products for your garden. I received it and immediately thought "oh dear" its supposed to be light grey and concrete style, its dark in colour almost blueish and looks like polystyrene, just awful! So I do know what is good and bad, and if you buy one of these you will be impressed and not disappointed. On top of that the service was just unbelievable, Sean thank you so much for all your responses to questions and help. This is a 5 star product, so if you want a natural firepit look no further!
