My experience with this site is good

My experience with this site is good. The description of the two items I bought clearly stated REPLICA. There was a three week delivery time also stated. My order arrived early in two shipments. I am happy with the quality and sizing of the items. My only complaint is that the Internet deception has taken away the option to get high quality options to paying the thousands it would take to enjoy the looks that the collectors have created the resale market for!

Fake, terrible customer service

Shoes arrived, I ordered my usual size and can’t even get my feet in them. They have to be fake. They do not offer exchanges or refunds $250 wasted I can’t even sell them in because they are clearly fake.

Don’t ever do business with this…

Don’t ever do business with this company, they sent me the wrong size shoe and when I tried to exchange it they just started ignoring me. They are more then welcome to fix the problem and then I’ll change the review

I placed an order for 300usd on July…

I placed an order for 300usd on July 27, 2025. I received a tracking number. The status remains the same since July 27. I spoke with Oliver and he keeps promising different dates until they stop answering my emails and today is September 25, 2025 . This company is a scammer. Guys don't use this company. Evostore is a SCAMMER. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

They advertised nike air max 95 big bubble and after hearing they sell fake shoes I emailed them the same day and said I dont want fake shoes refund my money and they assured me they look real and I repeatedly said refund my money is dont want fake shoes they ignored me and 1 month later I received fake ass airmax I called my credit card company and filed a dispute,if you want knock off shoes there your shoe company because all they sell is fake stuff!!

Shocking… NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes… got one tracking number. Only received one pair of shoes emailed and received another tracking number WT…. 🤷‍♀️.

2nd tracking number states the shoes have been delivered.. I have not received them.. sent multiple emails and no response.. what a joke!

This company is the worst DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company all their merch is fake and poor quality fake at that!! The shipping to almost 6 weeks to arrive when they promised a max time of 14 business days and 6 weeks was after I paid the expediting shipping fee. Do Not PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Big time scammers

Big time scammers. This dude, Oliver Liam, is a “costumer service” guy. I asked him for a refund, while my order never arrived and he wouldn’t refund my money. He then started calling me A LOT of different names and at last, when I just wanted my money, he began sending sexual content in order for me to shut up. Dont EVER give these weak scammers your money, they should be under investigation.

I bought 2 pair of shoes back in April now it’s the end of August

I bought 2 pair of shoes back in April. Now it is the end of August and ai have only received one pair of my shoes. I looked on the email that they sent and it said that they sent both pairs. So they tried to f-me over by saying they sent both when they only sent one.But I will admit the one pair they sent was a really good wrep.Its just the bad customer service and lack of communication which is making me rate them a 1 star

Scam = Awful Customer Service

This is a scam that sells counterfeit items. Items received don't match the website. The only thing worse than the counterfeit items is the customer service - simply awful. The shoes I received were completely different than website. The hat was not shipped in a box so it was completely crushed in transit - refused to exchange or refund for the damaged product. I plan to report to BBB.

BUSINESS IS A SCAM

My husband ordered wrong size,Jordan's
$170.00 Evo will not exchange. My husband feels he selected the correct size on the web site. Sent multiple emails to the support email on the site for the address to exchange the shoes from UK 11 to US 11. Liam Oliver have not answered my husband emails. After my husband sent pictures of the shoes to show they are not damaged in any way, after Liam requested the pictures. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS, NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU WANT THE PRODUCT. A SCAM. I will be calling the Chicago and New York to file a claim in both states. Evo the distribution center in Chicago. The shoes were shipped from Jamaica NY.

I order Jordans

I order Jordans. It looked so good in the picture but when I received it. It was totally fake. The bad thing is that they used a third-party and you cannot get your money back. I would like to get my money back but no they never answer. Really bad customer service. The worst.

I ordered Jordan sneakers on June 24th, and I paid for expedited shipping. Today is August 18th, and I still have no sneakers. Tracking number shows no movement from the post office. I just had a bad feeling from the beginning but I didn't listen to my gut.

If I could give one star

If I could give one star, I definitely would. if you are considering purchasing from this place, please change your mind. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, that is, if you could ever get through to them. They have the weirdest form of communication customers. You have to say your name through a Google and I guess if they feel like picking up they will. I have been waiting on sneakers from this place. Forever and have not received them yet. Do not waste your time with this place. I am warning you.
