I really appreciate the time that was taken to answer my questions. I felt heard and supported in my health journey. There was no push to buy another product or that I had to add something else to make it all come together. It was a very nice an informative conversation, like talking to a friend. I found great value speaking with Kate. She gave me dosage guidelines and when to take the CBD to best control panick attacks before they start. After our conversation, the next morning I was able to recognize the beginning of an attack, which I managed with the appropriate dosage of CBD. I am very satisfied with the support I recieved from Kate!

Call was able to be scheduled same day which was a huge help as I am going through a difficult situation.. she was so understanding and asked questions to be sure she could provide proper advice for products with dosage. She also had access to my previous dosage call which was great.

The dosage specialist was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and made suggestions based on what I told her I needed/felt on a normal day (before taking CBD). I was able to ask questions on the products I wanted to try next and if I was able to combine the products which the specialist confirmed and made sure to tell me the little things I should keep an eye on to see if the dosages are working for me.

I recently flew by myself on my first international flight to Japan at age 60 to see my son graduate there with a MBA scholarship he received.
