Brilliant eco electric radiators! We have more than halved our 5 bed home heating bill with myelectricradiators. I’m so impressed I’m writing this review (which I don’t normally do) We did quite a lot of research before buying. These guys have the best prices online. The build quality is really decent too. 10/10 for me!!!

Ordered radiator in November…..arrived Late December and packaging damaged.
Blew up first time on.
Sent back end of Jan and still trying to get a replacement or £319 back for the cost
Company should not be trading.
They do not return calls or answer their phone.

Extremely bad customer service. Do not answer phone messages, respond to emails or have acceptable answers to queries.
My Radiator started a burning smell and ceased to work.
No advice given, weeks went by before any response. The action I was forced to take was through my credit card provider to get a refund.

We have had a bit of a nightmare with this company. When first ordered, we had numerous issues with contact with the business. I genuinely think I tried to call 50 times with no answer.
After warnings of legal action, I did finally hear from them. The products eventually arrived (in boxes in quite a poor state).

The radiators have actually been good and continue to be. However one has broken. After initial contact, with us sending a short video of the faulty radiator, we are again in the same position. Numerous calls, emails and no contact can be made. This is not what you expect from any business.

Product turned up with no instructions and missing parts. Not as advertised as towel rails can not be programmed and can not control temperature, dispite what website says.
Wired up correctly, thermostat got hot then stopped working.
First phone call was told parts would be sent out.
2 weeks later nothing. That phone call was told Sophie was dealing with it but nothing had been sent. She would email me that day.
A week later still nothing. That phone call was told Sophie was on holiday that week and someone else would deal with it and email me that day.
Over a week later and still nothing. To save myself time, stress of chasing it up and a cold bathroom in winter with 2 young kids I'm looking to gets parts from else where. Will not be using this company again.
With reference to the reply, I stated on the phone instructions or caps were not sent with radiator and also the wiring up was done by a qualified electrician via a fused spur (how else would it have power). I was told they would be sent out which was blantly a lie as this is the first time you have shifted blame onto myself after three phone calls.
Any other electrical radiator website states if the towel radiators are water filled or gel filled or have a dry heating element inside (like the previous radiator purched from you), your website has no mention of this at all but does say 'easy to install' (like the previous radiator purched) and 'each radiator is fitted with time and temperature control' (also like the previous radiator purchased) but it is not the case with a towel radiator as it is simply a heating element and electrical wire. You even sent programme instructions with the invoice.
Would of been much cheaper and less hassle to buy parts individually from a trade shop - heating element with one blanking cap £30 to £60, radiator body £40, wall mounting kit with one blanking cap and one pressure release cap £13.

Product looked perfect but poor customer services initially, however now that the Christmas period is over I have had plenty of contact from Sophie.Ordered a radiator and it arrived in quick time, so all good so far. on unwrapping the radiator it was noted that it was dented. Trying to return it and getting any contact from myelectricradiators proved frustrating over the Christmas and new year period. Once the holidays were over i had good contact with Sophie and after a mix up when a new radiator was sent, so now had 2 to return. They were both collected at the same time and returned to source and now just waiting for the refund.

Very happy with these new radiators saving money on my heating. A lot more efficient compared to the last brand. Quick delivery

Great company to deal with, very helpful in answering all my questions. Ordering was easy, delivery was super quick arriving the next day. Very efficient radiator, looks neat! Will be ordering the rest of the radiators we need next week.

Ordered at 1am received by 10am the next day. Super product, easy to use. Great upgrade from our old gas system, much more efficient with greater controllability. Most impressed with the running costs!

We switched from gas central heating to the Slimpro eco electric radiators. These things are incredible, installation was simple and the running costs are remarkable. Website is simple to use and delivery was sharp, arriving before 12pm as promised. Thank you to James for being excellent with me.

I needed a complete new heating system for my property and felt electric radiators would be a “green” way forward . Not knowing anything about electric radiators I was assisted every step of the way from the explanation between radiators and panel heaters, calculation of room sizes to the size of radiator I required and it’s heat output. So very helpful and knowledgeable. The radiators were delivered on the arranged date and are now installed. They look great and work perfectly - thank you.

Brilliant! We replaced our old system with the Slimpro range. Consequently we have saved £68 this month on our heating bill, I’m absolutely delighted as they’ve nealry paid for themselves in savings!!

Thrilled! I bought 4 of the slimpro range. Delivered the following day and heating my house the next! They give off a really good amount of heat, the set up guide is straight forward and they’re now timed to perfection. Best prices online, I plan on buying another 2 next week. Recommend.

After reading some reviews on here I decided to order 1 radiator to begin with. It was delivered the next day by DPD, I received a text message containing the delivery time which meant I didn’t have to wait in all day. I’ve just finished programming the temmperature timer for when I want it to come on. You can do this for each day of the wheek which is clever overall it’s a neat little thing. Recommend.

taken money and not delivered . I am now trying to reverse charges through bank. Absolutely no communication with the company - send emails / left messages . Has anyone done anything through Ombudsman regarding this company ?

I totally agree with the other reviewers.
I was sent a radiator of a different size to the one I ordered.
It came with wall mounts but no feet. ...should not be trading...obviously a con...and a bad one...why send out any goods at all?
Pathetic company..if it is a company.
