Huge Let Down in Quality and Quantity of Delivery

I ordered flowers for my daughter and they were delivered on time, as advertised, but unfortunately they were nothing like the picture and were only fit for the bin. The flowers were very limp and there were only about 6 stems in the bouquet. I am now in the process of trying to resolve the problem, but it seems they are giving me the run-around, firstly saying they haven't received pictures of the bouquet, and then telling me that they don't have the order no, etc. They have now stopped emailing me with questions and answers. I would not recommend this company.

worst florist ever

worst florist ever. they change nake of the company eflorist, theflorist or whatever deceiving name, the result is the same: you order nice pictured flowers while you receive dead flowers picked from the street or stolen from a graveyard. Total shame, money stolen and nobody answering the complaint.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Ordered flowers for my mums 80th - they delivered them a days late and they were so disappointing, contacted customer services who could not have been anymore disinterested

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I asked them to check the address and for some reason the system put two 95 on the flat and street name.

They got back to me saying we can’t change nothing.

And didn’t even answer the question would not use again

Failing Flowers

I ordered flowers for my friend and they were delivered a day late and were nearly dead, I have contacted their Customer Services but have no response. This was £20 wasted so if sense followed do not use this firm.
