We are genuinely saddened to hear that your daughter’s experience over the past year did not meet your expectations and that you feel this way about your investment. Our ultimate goal is always to see our students thrive, and we take your concerns very seriously.

We would like to gently clarify how progress and attendance could have been tracked during this time. While we did not have an automated monthly reporting system in place, our Support Team was always readily available and fully prepared to assist parents by manually checking and sharing a student's progress upon request. Additionally, parents always have the ability to monitor activity directly by logging into the student’s account; from there, you can easily scroll through the modules, view monthly assessment scores, and check completed homework to see how your child is engaging with the platform.

That being said, we are fully committed to continuous service improvement. Because we understand how important this visibility is for parents, we have recently invested significant resources into developing a brand-new feature. Moving forward into the 2026/27 academic year, we will be providing a regular monthly student progress report. This will detail exactly how many lessons your child attended, the specific topics they covered, how many questions they asked during live sessions, and the number of practice questions they attempted—allowing you to see exactly how they are showing up and putting in the work.

Ultimately, education is always a team effort. At MyEdSpace, our role is to provide the expertise of the best teachers in the UK, top-tier learning materials, and a friendly, polite, fun, and engaging live-stream environment. However, academic success truly requires a joint dedication between our platform and the student's own consistent effort.
