Brian Bailey

Brian Bailey, was an amazing presenter. I learned things I have never thought of or heard of in the marketing industry for real estate. I am certainly going to work towards marrying his business with mine for a successful union.

The system itself is great

The system itself is great. It was not a great fit for my business however. It is when we decided to cancel our subscription, that has soured our experience and compelled this mediocre review.
I must touch briefly on the training videos by the CEO. From my perspective, I can absolutely assume Brian's political stance from certain commentary regarding the real estate business. The other evident assumption, is Brian's religion. I do not believe either politics or religion belong in business, so that made my decision to cancel very easy.
Cancelling was not easy at all. It took a week to cancel this subscription with multiple follow ups to ensure I would not get billed again. I would have preferred an actual phone call in order to speak with someone but System Dynamix, a tech company, does not have a customer support phone number. I feel a quick phone call could have resolved my issue, instead, it took a week with emails not being responded to and online live chats with customer service telling me to email customer support. After finally cancelling my subscription via short email, I was not provided a feedback form of my experience.
So while the marketing system is great, the customer support is not. I do like that there are no contracts though. I only wasted about $3k which is less than other wasted marketing programs.
Thank you for your non-attention to this matter.

First, regarding the training videos: our goal in every training is to educate real estate and mortgage professionals on marketing, strategy, and business growth. We do not conduct political or religious instruction in our trainings. If at any point I’ve said something like “God bless” or referenced a real estate policy that impacts our industry, that would simply reflect who I am as a person and a business owner. I am unapologetically a Conservative Christian — but we serve partners from every background, belief system, and political affiliation. Our platform is for everyone, and our intent is never to divide or make anyone uncomfortable.

That said, I respect that not every business is the right fit for every professional. I would never expect everyone to align with my personal values...just as I don’t require alignment to use our platform.

Regarding the cancellation process: we are a technology company and handle cancellations in writing to ensure clarity, documentation, and protection for both parties. We do not lock anyone into contracts, and once cancellation is confirmed in writing, billing stops. If there was any delay in response time, that is something we will review internally. We certainly don’t want anyone feeling ignored.

We’ve built System Dynamix to empower professionals, not frustrate them. I appreciate your feedback, even where we disagree, and I sincerely wish you success in your business moving forward.
