Poor experience, nobody replies

My nephew took this driving permit course back in February. We still have not gotten the pink slip. We have emailed and no response. We even paid for additional to get it shipped again and still have not heard anything. Don't know what's going on, but would not recommend as nobody is getting back to you with these issues. I would gladly provide my students name, but considering it's the Internet, I would not want to put it on the Internet his first initials is K and last name is Savangsy so please make it right cause it's been way too long.

Occasionally, students believe they have finished the program but may still be short of completing the final assessment. We recommend logging in to your dashboard to verify your course status. To resolve this, please submit the student’s name and shipping address via our website’s contact form. Our owner will reach out to you directly to ensure this is handled immediately.

We have successfully connected with the student by phone. A reissued certificate is scheduled to be mailed tomorrow. Please note that we did respond to your original inquiry immediately; however, there was a typo in the email address provided on the contact form, which prevented our message from reaching you. During our call with the student, we successfully forwarded a copy of that original correspondence for your records.

Update (3/29): We are happy to confirm that this issue has been resolved and the certificate was successfully delivered on 3/26. For the student’s privacy, we recommend removing their last name from this public review. Now that the matter is settled, we would appreciate it if you would consider updating your rating. The delay was due to a typo in the email address provided, which caused an unintended oversight in our communication. Thank you for your patience!
