The product I recieved is nothing like I had expected different packaging and bottle as well as and label does not say DrClean it says ALL-PURPOSE spray on top and MULTI-PURPOSE SPRAY SYSTEM in the middle there was 2 bags of that had 6 tablets in each them. And small packets approximately 1 by 2 inches in size the with a tablet in it not even as big as a life savior candy. I let them sit in warm water until they dissolved. All of them. In the recommended amount of water for two. It took a few minutes I ened up with purple water. When I sprayed it no foam no nothing. No removal of anything other than what you'd get using plain water. These people need to be investigated for and fined for FALSE ADVERTIZING and ordered to provide a refund to all of the customers who bought this item

Dose not clean anything. This is a fraud

I have order this thing and more than three weeks ago I didn’t even receive it. How could I rate you. Please explain to me why it took so long.

I tried this product and it did nothing. Zero removal of anything.

Might as well just be water. Does not remove any deap stains Wish I could give it less than 1 star

How can the company improve? Try making a product that works. The biggest ripoff I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. Should have known better than to buy off facebook. The demonstration is next to fraudulant.

The payment with Paypal is collected immediately, but you have to wait forever for the product. We've been waiting for almost a month now. Outrageous!
Update 20240429: Rip-off. The value of the goods is 50 cents at most. Contrary to what is advertised, the chemicals are probably not as well tolerated, as there are extensive warnings on the packaging. The product is made entirely in China. It does not have a single approval notice for the EU.

No better than alternative much cheaper products. Can't be bothered paying freight to return the stuff (which is probably what they count on).
Certainly won't be a repeat customer.

first the ad tried to bill me for some subscription. That was cancelled and refunded. When I received my kit, I tried it immediately. My stove is still greasy and dirty. My cabinets were dripping wet with ONLY the water from the spray. This product is awful.

I ordered the Dr Clean Tabs. I got all sorts of emails saying product was on the way. The product never came, I was sent a tracking number that said item was returned to sender. No delivery had ever been attempted. I contacted customer service via email numerous times and was told there was an issue with customs & that the package was being returned to them. They would not refund my payment until they received the item back and they had no idea when that might be. I explained since I did not create the issue an immediate refund was due. They refused again and, again said they had no idea when they might get the package back therfore there was no time frame on when a refund would be issued.
I really question the validity of this company and its practices, I am sure I have been ripped off and would not recommend under any circumstances.
