I have tried placing 2 orders now since change in management and I am sorry to say there's been a complete lack of customer service and communication. Not only is there poor communication, there is poor product output and many errors on proofs. It's as though I am inconveniencing this company by wanting to place an order. Very disappointing especially after ordering through them for years.
Terrible customer service
Update - after being told I needed to pay 10% restocking fee and return item on my own, I received an email in which they sent a pre paid label to return the item. Im glad they made it right.
I placed three orders and, before placing the order, called to confirm if those coming with adhesive to install them to the wall.
Well, received after two weeks and no adhesive. I called again, and another person answered the phone and said that these wouldn't come with adhesive and they won't accept returns for all of them; some of them they accept, and still, you need to pay for shipping and restocking fees.
The customer service is awful. They did not even apologize.
Customer service can ruin one's business
They have every sign you can imagine for your business. We just finished designing a new cafe and were very pleased with their ADA/Braille signage. Awesome amount of options and colors, plus the turnaround time was much faster than expected. Good quality products at fair prices with timely service, what more could you want?
