Disingenuous offer!
When I made the purchcase the website didn't mention the need to purchase additional products and services (membership/subscription) to make the product efficient and effective. I was apprehensive when the website didn't let me make the purchases until I went went through a miserable and shady "upsell" experience (alarm bells began to go off). I should have listened. After the purchase I recieved numerous phone calls for an ambiguos "service call" which eventually ended up being another upsell for a $1600 membership to provide the services and products for my $275 original purchase to function. I declined. So sad that I have doubts about this company. I was excited and now I feel duped. Little trust here.

Your Customer Service rep Fatima helped me resolve an issue of being charged with a subscription and products I did not sign up for. Fatima patiently listened to my concerns and assured me she would stay with me until it was solved. She had a positive attitude and followed through with her promise. Fatima was able to get me a refund for the products I did not order. Also
refund for the monthly subscription I did not sign up for and a cancelation to any future subscription. The stress and time I spent before calling customer service I feel like Fatima is the Dream in Derma Dream. The company is blessed to have her working on the customer service team. Auto charge, no one answers phone
THis company is shady... the minute I bought the little red light wand I started getting phone calls, repeatedly in a row probably 4 in one day then more the next. I did not sign up or buy a subscription, I just wanted the wand and serum to try it out but they automatically signed me up and less than 2 weeks later started charging me! I tried to cancel online but all of a sudden my password didn't work. THen I tried calling and the phone just rings and no one answers. I should have known better. just another scam. Also, Ive been using it for 9 days and the ad says within 5 days you will see results- I have not seen any results whatsoever. How do they have such a high rating on Trustpilot? I think there are some fake reviews on here!!

Jennifer was very helpful and informative. She was able to explain the products well and tell me exactly how to use them. I gave for stars only for the simple reason that I felt she was a little pushy on making the sale which I know is her job but my money was very little. In the end she was able to help me get the products at a price that I could somewhat afford. She was very nice and I appreciate the time she took with me.
Problem solving
I spoke with Amna today and she was a delight. She answered my questions and relieved my mind should I ever decide to stop my subscription. She was more than fair in resolving my concerns. She is definitely an asset to the company.
My derma dream is cool
So I inadvertently ordered the lip plumping products. On my phone which I sometimes touch the wrong place. The arm smoothing device was what I wanted. And got but the other stuff I didn’t want. Usman really took care of me!

Ahmed stepped in and was able to get me an upgraded device at no cost after my original device stopped working. I was not expecting that but am truly grateful. He was quick to respond and handled everything without any issues.
