I agree with Lori Wagoner. I have had same problems. Way too many calls, texts,& emails.I have told them so many times to stop calling, texting, & emails. I want a refund and no longer want any more charges or any of their products. This company is terrible and they don't hear the word no and no longer interested. I even asked to be put on the do not call list. Don't buy!!!

My nightmare experience with Derma…
My nightmare experience with Derma Dream started April 25 when I ordered the Myoglow device and serum. As soon as I finished placing my order, the bombardment of phone calls and emails began. The spam phone calls were made in a series of three quick calls which as soon as I sent the call to VM, they would immediately follow up w two additional calls. Then finally left a message that I felt was bogus saying that they needed me to call them back to confirm my email address…but I shouldn’t worry if I can’t return the call, they would still send my order.
I immediately went back into my account to ensure that I had not inadvertently signed up for any subscription. And fortunately, I did not. My device arrived and the contacts tapered down.
You would think that I should have learned my lesson but then I received an email about a product for my under eye puffiness. This has been such a problem for me and this product seemed a bit different, so I didn’t follow my gut and I placed an order. I believe this is when my real problem began. The bombardment of calls and emails started again. I received the product and thought I was done. Now, about 10 days later on May 9, I received a notification from my credit card that DermaDream had made another charge for $52. When I went into my account it was for some Unlimited Subscription that I did not know I had authorized. When I called and asked the customer service rep to remove the charge and cancel the subscription, he refused saying it was not ‘possible’ because it had been part of a promo. He said that the subscription could be cancelled and no further charges made but the initial $52 charge could not be removed. Instead, he wanted to offer me all kinds of additional products that I could get for the remaining 28 days that the subscription would be active. After about 10 mins of my pushing and then asking to speak to a manager (which he refused saying it was a Saturday so there were no managers), I felt like I had no options available to me, I hung up.
The other interesting piece of information is that their website provides the following info:

HOW IRONIC!!!!! I do NOT believe I received this notification but to be honest, given the constant bombardment of messages, I may have missed this ONE single important message. So, obviously, I missed their self-imposed deadline.
I feel like I have NO options available to me but wanted to make sure that I warned everyone else about DERMA DREAM. No matter how good or bad their products, their underhanded sales and marketing practices are shameful. Without being any kind of legal expert, but simply as a consumer offering her honest, heartfelt opinion, it feels like Derma Dream is utilizing legal loopholes to manipulate and cheat a very vulnerable population…women who are already feeling insecure and disenchanted with their appearance and are willing to try one more solution in the hope that it will work. And instead, our hope is further chipped away by yet another company that seems to be operating only to prey on consumers and make themselves rich.
