Good tiles but a bit slimy business practice. I got cheated and shorted.
I needed 180 tiles. Nope, I am told they were sold only in batches of 100 for $220. So I buy 200 tiles for $440. After they get that money, but not until I ask where my tiles are, they tell me its $220 for 80 tiles...my tiles come only in batches of 80. There's a bait and switch after they get your money...plus when the tiles got here, there was plenty of room in the box for another 20 tiles. But no, I will have to pay another $60 for the 20 tiles x 2. I pay that because I need to get the project done. When the tiles get here they shorted me 4 tiles. They say they'll send them, but they never did. These tiles with the pure white background weren't really in stock. I had to wait for them to be made. That is the whole concept of custom made, but why say they are in stock on the website? They have one review on their website from one happy guy. But that's not the whole of how they do business. The ordeal was July 16, 2024 - August 18, 2024, when I gave up on their sending me the four tiles they shorted me.
