Actually really good The print came out amazing and full. I had no issues My phone is a Galaxy S25, and I am glad it came out so good, honestly.

Horrible communication, the iPad case is very cheaply made,,almost like pressed cardboard. No elastic strap to keep it shut and the four plastic tabs to hold the iPad in place are flimsy and don’t fit right. The delivery date was bumped back as well with no follow up. Save your money and buy something else.

I ordered a case over one month ago. The shipping date keeps changing and I can’t seem to acquire it. They have my money, I have no case. Really?
After a month of my bi weekly email inquiries questioning the status of my order, they are now reaching out to the printer. What the hell. Why wasn’t this prioritized sooner? Why wasn’t I told this would take so long to receive BEFORE I placed my order? I would never have given them my monies. When you email them, a different representative replies each time. This explains their inadequacy. Simply unacceptable and unprofessional service.

I plan to cancel my order if I do not receive a reasonable update by week’s end. Time is up.

I have used this company in the past with no difficulties. After this, I will never return to them.
Do yourself the favor, shop around. Five plus weeks is a loooong time to wait for a case.

Update: I just canceled my order as I was informed the case is still on back order. Thirty two days later, they have my money and I have no protective case. All of this could have been avoided if only this company was transparent from the start. I am certain others like me have rendered payment with no case in sight.
I, for one will never order again from Mycustomcase.

Horrible service. I first used this company and liked the product, so I ordered the same item (with most of the same photos) again. This time the product was subpar. You couldn’t see the faces of the people in the photo iPad case because they were so blurry. When I talked to the customer service they gave me fake talking points about how my purchase and satisfaction was important to them, and offered to give me a discount to reorder the subpar product. Why would I spend more money to reorder something that you can’t even see the people in the photo product they produced in hopes that they could get it right this time. This is a photo case. I bought this product for my mother who is undergoing cancer treatment for her stage 4 cancer in hopes that seeing her loving family will help her fight to live or at the very least smile and feel loved. This was very important to me. If I were to give her this product she couldn’t even see the family members clearly. I highly recommend that people find an other company that produces quality products and stands by the product that they make. Horrific experience.

I received the wrong leather case. They immediately reprocessed my order; I was happy with their customer service. However, when I received the correct case, I excitedly put it on my phone but found the buttons on the leather case super hard to push so from that standpoint, I'm not happy with the case.

The custom case pictures came out beautifully, the case itself looks visibly nice, however it does not seem to fit properly leaving room for damages if dropped. The corners do not click in leaving gaps, and the iPad front cover that goes over the front screen has no magnets nor elastic band to hold the case shut, therefore it just hangs open. I’m disappointed as these are not cheap cases and hoped for better quality. Very cute case overall.

The iPhone case I bought started peeling in the first month and now about 6 months in is virtually completely peeled. Very poor quality. I had purchased from a different company for an old one and after 4 years the prints on the case look better than this case did after 6 months. Not worth it.

First of, the printing on these cases is top quality making them absolutely beautiful.

They have a good variety of case types that makes the choice easier for the customer.

Their biggest strenght for me was the customer service because they are very professional, fast responding and very comprehensive.

Overall, I totally recommend them for anyone looking for a good company making custom phone cases !

It was fast and easy, but I should have looked at the actual case quality online better. No corner bumpers, no raised lip to surround the cameras, the front edge raise around the screen is almost non-existant. There are clear cases with much better protection that they could have printed on. I have seen the process at a convention for screen printing etc. This rating is for quality of product :( Considering a return as they have a 30 day policy which is good
