Covers-Great, Service - Terrible
Cant fault the seat covers themselves they're great but what an ordeal I had getting them!
I purchased 4 sets Front and Back for Reps Utes and half my order was sent to a Random person in Christchurch NZ and the other half sent to a different random in Auckland NZ they were meant to be all sent to me at a business address is Gore NZ.
It took me 4 weeks to finally get all covers and cost me a total of $240.40 to get them all in my possession ( I'm waiting to be reimbursed) I am very lucky both random people who received my boxes were honest.
Reimbursement has been received thank you, I can only hope precautions have been put in place to eliminate this happening again.

Having half of your order delivered to incorrect addresses is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how frustrating the delays and additional $240.40 cost would have been. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and stress this caused. I can confirm that the reimbursement of the $240.40 was completed 03.09.26. An email would have also been sent to let you know of this also.

Prompt delivery and the how-to clip included in the email (when I remembered about it) really helped with handling the carpet flap. Looks like a professional fitted my covers.

Fabrics good. Question the fits like a glove claim
Fabrics good, instructions inaccurate and back of seat covers did not match that well requiring either cutting holes in the back of seat cover or not connecting velcro straps to hold in place.
Velcro straps not long enough. It did not fit like a glove.
Ended up using only bottom seat covers.

We understand how frustrating it would be to find that the instructions and Velcro straps didn’t work as intended, particularly when the covers required modification to fit properly. The seats look and feel great
The seats look and feel great. The three downsides are (1) the bottom seat never stays in place. When people get in/out of the car and slide their bottom off, it soon slides the bottom seat out of place and it looks crap and I’m constantly trying to push it back on. (2) heated seats. In a car where it has fantastic heated and cooling seats, the covers reduce the air by at least 50% (3) the Velcro straps- the worst part was you never left an extra length as a just in case for the customer. Currently the straps barely reach each other under the seat, which is why I feel the bottom seats never stays in its place.

Definitely not custom made
Definitely not custom made, nowhere near do they fit like a glove as stated on their website... from the moment I ordered I contacted them to make sure they would fit my car however they arrived within a few days, generic seat covers... put the cover on the driver's seat and the only thing that fit properly was the headrest... contacted the company and was asked to provide photos and/or video of the issues,did both, then was sent a video on how to fit to my custom seat, still no difference...then was told to wait a few weeks for them to mold to the seats... they're definitely too large, nowhere near fitting like a glove... don't waste your time and money on this company... my "custom seat covers" are in the cupboard.
