Suspicious services and orders, possibly scam

The website offers coffee products and services. Probably 5 years ago we ordered some capsules which did not work properly and we never used those. A few days back our family suddenly received a parcel with some product seals from this website, which we did not order. I wrote back to the support email of the firm and they replied after several days, claiming that the order was legitime and sent the order confirmation. What is suspicious to me are two things: A/ the vendor claims the order has been paid by Paypal and B/ the order has been placed by us from an IP address located in a country we have not been for months, certainly not in the incriminated day. To me the entire set-up looks very suspicious and I recommend stay better off
