I ordered my outfit for my friends party from here, I cannot explain how friendly, lovely and approachable the customer service that I was provided with was! They were so helpful right from the first minute that I got in touch with them- they helped me pick out my outfit, answered all my queries and before I knew it I was provided with a gorgeous, the most luxurious suit I’ve ever set my eyes on- the fabric quality and design was better than anything I’ve purchased before and what’s even better is how affordable this is! I have switched to my clothing warehouse for all my occasional wear needs! Every collection has a range of styles suitable for different preferences which I love! I struggled around eid as everything was sold out and I was given great customer service from @myclothingwarehouse they made me feel reassured and their delivery service was very fast! I got my eid clothes in perfect timing! It came in perfect condition no threads hanging off or stains! Wrapped securely. Free tracked delivery. The fitting was perfect and quality was x1000 better than my expectation! Super comfortable. I was so happy with my purchase. Yayyy! And will be purchasing again! Appalled by their services. Purchased items before never had a problem. However this time the outfit was damaged and when I contacted them they weren’t helpful and then they stopped replying all together. When I did try to contact you several times I was just ignored so it’s pointless trying to get in contact again when all you do is just ignore

I would give it a 0 star if I could. I’ve purchased so many suits from them not had issues. This time round my dress arrived ripped. I contacted them on WhatsApp and was told to email about this matter. Emailed twice 7 weeks ago still no response. Reached out to Instagram I can see they read my messages and still decided to ignore me. Poor customer service especially when I have purchased a few times and spent a few hundred pounds on their sites
