I tried this company for my body contour machine and they provided a great costumer service. The machine comes equipped with everything you need. The group chat on WhatsApp and Facebook page are a huge help and any questions I have they get back to me very quickly. I really appreciate the machine I got and the service that is provided. This will not be the last machine that I purchase from this company.

Ask for Amelia - I purchased a RF machine
I decided to buy this RF machine for my gf's studio, and for some reason, I could not find my tracking number and package, so I contacted support. Amelia was very helpful and not only that, but she also kept me updated on my order and made sure I got it delivered on time. This was my first time buying at this store, the product was high quality and definitely more than I expected, and we saw the results we were seeking from our purchase. I just want to say I never have done a review. But my experience with Amelia and the Customer Service Team at myChway deserves it!! They were always ready to help in any and every way! Amelia responds very quickly and guides you every step of the way!! I really appreciated that! Also a side note, since getting my machine in the beginning of August I lost 3 inches on my "thunder thighs"!! Feeling much more comfortable in my clothes as they don't rub together anymore!
