Horrendous customer services.

Love the tiny trails step in air mesh harness, absolutely gorgeous and a really good fit on my little girl. The leg holes make it easy put on and off, I’ll definitely be buying another one. Recommend these for your small dogs and excellent value too.

If I could give zero star I would. Sorry but customer service is poor. Definitely would not buy from this company again. I have requested to be removed from any mailing list.

Not the first time I have ordered from this company, should have learnt from past mistakes…their returns policy is terrible. Nothing in the listing to say you can’t return sale goods so be aware before you order that you cannot return certain items. All in the fine print. It should really be highlighted on the item on ordering, seems archaic that you cannot return an item on sale, as it’s not always easy getting the right size. I didn’t even get an update about the return status, they should let customers know if an item has been rejected and why! Will not be ordering from this company again!

Ordered a little coat for my chi who struggles to fit in a lot of dog clothing but chi and me had the perfect coat for my little one that fits her amazing ^^

Jumpers, harnesses etc are great.
But you can buy the toys for 80p on temu🤣 so a bit ridiculous.

I purchased a travel carrier/bag, several jumpers in a couple of sizes and key ring. The xs jumper is too small for my pup so I’ve had to discard after I tried it on her :( but I love her bag, vest and hoodie. The travel carrier/bag has really helped her anxieties when travelling and I have already been recommending it and your site to friends!

Items sizes are really weird, measured where it said on site, couldn’t even get it over head, exchanged for next size up and fits all her body through it, costing more to return than it did for product so kept it, quality and service are good , which is a good job if you have to keep returning even though it’s at your cost

My chi and me have been absolutely amazing sorting an emergency order out for me,my puppy is at a party tomorrow and his jumper never arrived but this company has sent me a new one out which is going to arrive tomorrow morning so he can still go to the party 😊

You have accused me of lying in a public forum … without foundation!
Harsh though it might seem … I provided an honest review of my experience with your company … with many others providing a one star review also as a consequence of your poor service … and not being able to contact you
I scoured your website for a contact number … and as many others have also stated … it is not published … so getting in touch with you on the Monday morning was never going to be an option
When it came to the free delivery … it was never an option as one would reasonably expect at check out … and the fact the discount code didn’t work is obviously my fault … really … that’s your idea of customer service
Reasonable service would have been to contact me … after all I shared all my contact details with you and address the issues with your Service
In the meantime the carrier is not ifvs fit standard and needs to be returned to you for a full refund … please provide the details to initiate this process
The car seat isn’t any great shakes either I have to say and collapses round my puppy no matter how its’s fitted

After searching for ages to find a raincoat for my chihuahua I finally found one from My Chi and me the quality and fit are both perfect a very fast delivery and when I contacted my chi and me to let them know I am really happy with the jacket I got a quick response from Nicola who was very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this company and will be buying from them again.

Everything you could dream of for your little prince/princess !! Having chihuahua’s can be a tricky process to find the right harnesses clothes or styles to fit your little fur baby , but my chi and me have everything you could possibly dream of to cater for them from harnesses to coats to rain coats , jumpers or blankets to keep them cosy in the winter to shirts dresses and sunglasses 😎 to keep them looking and feeling cool in the summer months… even for the chi’s that vary in so many sizes from standard to teacup to the tiniest puppies too definitely can’t recommend them enough and their customer service too if your struggling go over and above to find you the item you need and made to perfection every time love them 😍😍😍😍

Lovely small business with a great variety of products for chihuahuas, small dogs and tiny puppies. Items are always as described, good value and delivered quickly.
This was the only store I found with cute, unusual harnesses and clothes that would fit my tiny chihuahua puppy and I couldn't recommend more. We always get lots of compliments on my pup's outfits!

Have you tried the fleecy Chi blanket. If not why not? Oh my days you need to buy this versatile item. So soft, so warm, so comforting it’s like a great big hug. You instantly feel a warm embrace. So therapeutic. Oh and not forgetting the Chihuahuas. They love this to snuggle in, on or under. You need this in your life. It’s a good thickness without being bulky. It washes and dries really well and maintains that snuggly softness. All doggy apparel from this company is top notch. The customer service & communication is just the best. They go above and beyond. This online store is my absolute go to. The packaging is fab. Delivery is quick and I always look forward to seeing the pretty pink parcel when it arrives. Thank you My Chi and me.

This company has very well made,reasonable priced items for small dogs.When I have phoned for information on products,the staff have been very friendly and helpful .I have mostly bought bedding for my chihuahua from them which my chi adores.The quality is great and they wash really well and dry quick.I have bought dog coats from them in the past and have had no trouble returning them when the size hasn't been correct(my fault buying the wrong size)I throughly recommend this company, postage also is fast.

I read the reviews about not receiving a refund and I have since returned several items. Had absolutely no issue in receiving a full refund for harnesses and leads (too small for my pups). I've just placed my third order and will continue to use this site as the quality and prices are amazing! Kuma and Pepe love their jumpers

I ordered 2 life jackets for my dogs over 6 weeks ago i emailed them as i wanted to send them back i have heard nothing since so this has forced me to write me first review. it would appear there returns policy does not work there is no way of contacting them.
