It seems we have a theme here - if you’re in Australia you get your order promptly and with great service.
If you’re in NZ however, you wait weeks, if not months and get next to no customer service help.
In my case, my order was processed and shipped within two days (all good so far) and watched as tracking updates dwindle. The last “update” shows my order arrived in China. I waited a couple of weeks and then contacted mycasecovers to follow up. I got a reply assuring me order was still on its way and that it was typical of orders going to NZ to transit through other countries if there were no available flights (??!! No available flights from Australia to NZ??!! Really?). Was also told to check again the following week. Ok sure, gave benefit of doubt. Following week came and went, and nothing. Contacted NZ Post, they said they’ve not seen anything and that mycasecovers needed to launch query with AusPost.
Relayed this info to mycasecovers with another request to look into my order. Haven’t heard a thing back from them.
Took it upon myself contact AusPost, who told me to ask NZpost (???!) or get mycasecovers to launch query directly with them.
I’m dizzy from all the circles I’m running in. It’s now been 44 days since my order apparently shipped, and still no follow up to my second email.
Mycasecovers - maybe do everyone a favour and stick to doing your Australian orders. Stop saying you ship to NZ when you don’t, and save us all the hassle.
Kudos to Joanne from the Support Team who was absolutely AMAZING! I unfortunately ordered a Stylus Pen just before Christmas and I guess it got lost amongst the huge amount of parcels being distributed through Australia Post. After waiting for over a month with still no sign of my purchase arriving, Joanne from the support team, whom kept me in the loop at all times, was finally able to manage to get a resend of my shipment which I gratefully received! A huge Thank you 🙏 to Joanne and her team at My CaseCovers. I totally recommend this company for your future purchases despite my personal experience which was an event that was not of their own making. I’ve learned not to order anything online a few weeks out from Christmas.

I ordered two iPad covers for us.
The Customer Service was amazing right from the very start, as I needed to confirm I had ordered the correct covers for our new iPads.
Delivery was fast.
A few months after we received them my husband had an issue with his cover.
I contacted the company immediately to report the fault.
They responded straight away asking me to send a photo. Once they received my email they contacted me to say they would be dispatching a new one immediately.
They also wanted me to let them know when the new one had arrived and that everything was ok.
I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

I ordered phone cases 32 days ago. I live in New Zealand and have a New Zealand address. This company is in Australia. They shipped my order to POLAND. It has been sitting there for nearly a month. Why would my order ship to Poland with no hope of it coming to my house? There is ZERO phone number for MyCase, so you'll be stuck emailing them and wishing for a reply. Inept. Totally inept.

I am so happy with my phone case from My Case Covers l, it arrived on time, lots of card holding space and fits my phone perfectly. The strap is very handy as I don't need to carry a handbag and the colour is exactly what I wanted. I spoke to a lovely member of their staff keeping me informed on my delivery date. I will be definitely be buying more from them so I have one to go with each of my outfits.

I have had the best experience with myCaseCovers. They have gained a loyal customer for life. Joanne and I went on quite the journey together, lol. First, I ordered the wrong case, because I ordered the case before the phone, which then wasn’t the colour I expected. Joanne was very understanding. Just send it back. So I did. But, I accidentally also sent back the screen protector, that I did want. I also forgot to put the order number anywhere on the package. So, I sent off another email to Joanne, that included the tracking number for the return package, along with my sincere apologies for my absentmindedness. She had to get the people in returns to find my package and retrieve the screen protector to send back to me. 🤦🏻♀️ Next up, we discussed other case options. It took me days to settle on one. When I did make a choice, it was out of stock. Given it’s a brand new iPhone, I’m not surprised. Joanne checked upcoming stock for me and gave me my options: here’s what’s available now and here is approximately how long xyz will take to come in. After about a week, my choice of case came in. Next up, I started worrying if the case I wanted would be compatible with my new magnetic charger stand. I’m not a natural with technology, lol. So, I took photos of the box it came in and sent them to Joanne. She genuinely wanted to help me any way she could. She presented me with all of my options and I was able to get my first choice as it seemed to be compatible. I just had to settle on a colour. But, they were all so pretty. I’ve decided after everything we both went through, when the red is back in stock, I’m going to get it too! The case fits my phone like a glove and went on so easily. It is exactly the colour as advertised. And it works perfectly with my magnetic charger stand. I love it! I’m impressed with its sturdiness as well. It just *feels* good in your hand. The whole experience was a bit stressful, as *I* was such trouble, lol. But, the best part was the interactions I ended up having with Joanne. She just helped me in every way she could, every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Because of her, I will only get my phone cases from myCaseCovers from now on. And after handling me, Joanne deserves a raise and/ or promotion!

The initial purchase was seamless, prompt and well communicated, However, I'd ordered the wrong size case.
