I went to the company requesting my rear tyres be replaced, and I had specified the size for the rear tyres as I couldn't match the size using the online tool, and I wanted the same size and feel that was on the car when I got it.

I've just done a long trip today, feeling that my car is not driving right, and I have discovered that without my consent, the front tyres that were slightly smaller were put on the back, and the new tyres have been put on the front. I'm not happy and now need to have the front tyres that are only 5 months old, put back on the front, and the rear ones put on the back. MyCar should have noticed this and not put the slightly larger tyre on the front. I have been to Queanbeyan in the past, no problem, I've been to Fyshwick, no problem, but my first trip to Tuggeranong and I've had something done that I did not ask for.

I intended to return very soon for a wheel alignment. and a major service as I'm a struggling pensioner and can't do all these things in one hit or without planning and saving. I do not feel confident to return to MyCar in Tuggeranong after this has happened.

Ideally, I want to be able to take my car somewhere and have the situation fixed at no cost. It's considerably dangerous to change a person's ride setup without telling them so. The car feels strange, and I don't like it.

I stated I wanted to replace my rear tyres, nothing more, nothing less.

Truely grateful for the patience and understanding of the staff at MyCar Tuggeranong. In a difficult situation they explained everything up front and gave us all the time we needed to work out the best solution.

Staff were friendly, and vehicle was ready on time. Process was easy to book online as well. I also asked if I could have a spare rim swapped out while the tyres were being changed and they were happy to accommodate this on the spot.

Regularly get my car serviced with the team here and they are always helpful, easy to speak to and friendly.

Very quick and easy. Went in for a rego inspection. Very nice bloke at the desk already had my booking up on the computer. Quick check in, told job would be done by 9.30 am (I was there at 8). Went got a coffee, got a text 30 mins later to say ready! And no rego issues! My smoothest interaction yet at Mycar Tuggeranong, and they have all been smooth! They have really good front of house staff there. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they would have nowhere to go!!

Filled the Roadworthy form incorrectly. I had to return and get the Vehicle CC changed from 2.0 to 1.6 as this affects Registration costs in the ACT. Then I had to argue for the Inspection stamp to be added again as the Access Canberra CSO insisted it needed to be done. I shouldn't have had to insist this be completed. However the roadworthy itself seemed satisfactory.
