I dropped in unannounced and asked for help there and then - it was quite busy In fact very busy - yet they were able to attend my issue and paid half the price of other quotes
The staff were friendly and polite
I was there for approximately 20-30 mins - my issue solved
I’ve have there once before for a service will be going back 🙂

The price was excellent and service great. Went over and above just a standard tyre change in letting me know of an issue with my steering wheel that needs an adjustment. 😊👍

Caleb and his team went out of their way to service our car. He was open and kind, attentive and honest with pricing and what work needs to be done when rather than pushing. Very approachable team and smiles all round! We’ve been coming to MyCar for more than a decade.

The whole experience was good from start to finish

l took my car for a service at mycar Shepparton for the first time and was charged as quoted.The next morning l noticed a puddle of water underneath my car so l rang them and Caleb said bring it back and l will have a look at it as it turned out l need a new wind screen water bottle as it has a crack in it which was written on the mechanics report and l also must say they were a very friendly team

Staff is always friendly and helpful and I trust them with servicing my car.

I called in unannounced with a screw sticking out of my tyre. Within 20 minutes I was on my way with anew tyre fitted. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff
