This was my first time buying bitcoin and transferring it to my wallet. I did not know what to expect and it took a little longer then I had expected but I now realize that is normal for first time buyers. My BTC staff was helpful and reassured me it would be smooth. The transaction has been completed and it all went good! I am glad I went through with them for my first time!

I have been a a customer of this company since the beginning but I stopped because I thought this crypto thing was just a trend but right now 4 years later , I strongly believe that long term investments and options to withdraw and deposit options : not to mention the customer support has been superb.

The website is very straight-forward and simple to use compared to any other crypto site I've used in the past, very user friendly. When you reach out to the help icon, you actually get a response and a solution. This is the first canadian crypto vendor I've ever used and will be the only one from here on. The only issue i would raise is that there's no warning when you deposit the minnimum 20$ flexepin that it costs a 5$ fee which is deducted from the total after deposit. There should be a warning, or maybe they should change the minnimum to 25 instead. So im giving 4 stars!

Fair point about the higher deposit having lower fees overall, these fees are still higher than any other exchange, and while understandable for a method like Flexepin, Interac deposits having lower fees would be my suggestion.

Highest fees of ANY crypto exchange in Canada.

$10 minimum fee on Interac deposits then another $10 to buy and send your BTC. Ripoff compared to Virgo or any other exchange
