MYBOOKIE+ IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM THEY SAY…

MYBOOKIE+ IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM THEY SAY WHEN YOU REACH GOLD YOU GET WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BONUSES. THEN WHEN YOU HIT GOLD THEY TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO DEPOSIT 1000 AND TURNOVER 1000 TO CLAIM THEM. AND IF COURSE IT'S HIDDEN IN THE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. JUST A VERY SHADY ENTERPRISE THAT WILL DO ANYTHING TO F OVER THE CUSTOMER ALONG WITH ABSOLUTELY JUICED ODDS THAT ARE WORSE THAN ANY OTHER SPORTSBOOK.

PLAYER BEWARE! MYB CASINO / MY BOOKIE SEIZED $210,085.70 WINNINGS FROM PLAYER ACCOUNT, AND DISABLED ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR EXPLANATION!

PLAYER BEWARE!

MYB CASINO / MY BOOKIE WILL SEIZE YOUR WINNINGS!

UPDATE: May 26, 2021 - 10:27 PM EDT: SBR is now directly involved with working to get the account and balance back. Betsoft confirms no glitch and nothing wrong with the "Take" slots. MYB refuses to issue evidence to support case. ADR Complaint had been filed.

I would highly recommend EVERY Player to strongly reconsider playing at MYB Casino / My Bookie. What occurred to my account is truly unbelievable and something that NO Player could honestly ever imagine happening. What you will read below is 100% fact and is supported by a large amount of documentation.

Here is what occurred.

On the evening of March 31, 2021, MYB Casino / My Bookie seized my ENTIRE balance of $210,086. Yes, a balance of $210,086! MYB Casino disabled my account, without any notification or information provided to me as to why they took action in disabling my account. After consistently trying to speak with their Casino Management and Casino Security Teams without any success for 3-weeks, I finally received an email notification from them that my account had been reenabled, but with a balance of $0!

MYB Casino / My Bookie cited a "policy" allegedly allowing them to seize my entire winnings. MYB Casino / My Bookie cited that somehow two slot games ran by slot game manufacturer, Betsoft, (Take the Bank and Take Santa's Bank) had "glitches" in those two slot games dating all the way back to June, 2020. This would be over a period of 9 months! MYB Casino / My Bookie stated that Betsoft notified them of the "glitch" in both slot games and asked for an immediate review of my account to take place.

It is incomprehensible that MYB Casino / My Bookie would be notified 9 months later (June, 2020 to March, 2021) about "glitches" that were allegedly found in these two slots games, when these two slot games are being played at thousands of online casino sites around the world. MYB Casino specifically advertises on its website that all of their slot games are consistently audited for fair play, using RNG technology. Betsoft states the same thing on their website. Yet, somehow alleged "glitches" in those two slot games were present as far back as June, 2020, and online casinos around the world were never notified of this until 9 months later?

A TOTAL LIE!

Even though those two slot games use RNG technology like ALL slot games use, which are also consistently reviewed by MYB Casino / My Bookie, Betsoft, and the Curacao Gaming and Gambling bodies; somehow MYB Casino / My Bookie is claiming that there were "glitches" in these two slot games, and I somehow KNEW this and somehow took advantage of these two slot games for nearly a year.

As such, they cited a "policy" that allows them to seize my ENTIRE winnings all the way back beginning in June, 2020.

FRAUD!

Additionally, during the evening of March 31, 2021, MYB Casino / My Bookie reenabled my account, but with a balance of $0, and under my account, they show 43 separate manual debit transactions of -$5,000, thus eliminating my entire balance!

The intent of MYB Casino / My Bookie is very clear. To avoid paying a Player large winnings earned over time, they will seize your winnings ad-hoc and inform you that you somehow "gamed" the slots, giving them the full right to seize your balance.

A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST MYB CASINO AND BETSOFT WITH CRACAO GAMING.

SBR IS ALSO INVOLVED.

GO TO SPORTSBOOK REVIEW AND CHECK OUT THE POST UNDER "SPORTSBOOK & THE INDUSTRY". (#1 POST IN THE FORUM!)

What has occurred should be quite clear and obvious to all Players. This matter is nothing more than MYB Casino / My Bookie purposely and illegitimately trying to find a way to avoid paying a Player. All online slots use RNG technology. Players and online casinos know there that is NO possible way for a Player to "rig" or "cheat" any online slot game, period.

It is totally ludicrous, insulting, fraudulent, and criminal what MYB Casino / My Bookie has done. It is completely unfair, unwarranted, and is essentially an illegal way to rip away a Player's winnings to allegedly avoid paying a Player.

MYB Casino / My Bookie allegedly realized that having to pay a Player $210,086 would significantly hurt them financially. This emphasizes the extreme caution that a Player should take before even considering to play at MYB Casino / My Bookie.

In conclusion, I highly recommend ALL Players to use extreme caution and strongly reconsider ever playing at MYB Casino / My Bookie.

It would be very disheartening to learn that other Players with winnings, having their entire balances seized at a moment’s notice, from absolutely no fault from the Player.

Please use my occurrence as a very real and clear example that you, as a Player, should exercise extreme caution before moving forward to play at MYB Casino / My Bookie.

Experienced Offshore Sports Bettor..... Do Not Use This Site

Let me preface this review by saying that I've used almost every single offshore site available: BetUS, Bovada, Betonline, Etc. I've deposited, completed the rollover, and withdrawn on almost all offshore betting sites at least once, and this is the most scummiest site available. If I could give it a rating that would deem it the same worth as a pyramid scheme scam, I would give it that. No matter what position you are in: Regular bettor or a winning bettor, they will stop you from withdrawing or winning enough to complete their rollover at all times.

I deposited $1000 to get their sportsbook promotion, and got my balance up to 3000$ with their promotion. My rollover was around $30,000 when I started, and I knew that coming into the site. I had no problem with the rollover, until I was limited to around $12-$50 bets on the first day. Now, this is already looking like a complete scam, because of how many bets I would need to make in order to complete this rollover, but I was adamant about being persistent enough to possibly get my payout in a couple of month. Around a week and a half later, I log into the site to try to make a bet, and see that my max bet on EVERY sport was no larger than $0.50. FIFTY CENTS. I am now unable to make bets larger than 50 CENTS. Not only does this make it borderline IMPOSSIBLE to complete the rollover, but it also make it basically impossible for me to bet at all. And I can guarantee you that these reviews about the site ultimately banning your account, keeping your money, and having no repercussions are true.

If you're looking for an offshore sportsbook, DO NOT USE this site. EVERY OTHER SPORTSBOOK MAY LIMIT YOU A LITTLE BIT IF YOU'RE A WINNER, BUT AT LEAST THEY MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO ACTUALLY WIN/WITHDRAW FROM THEIR SITE. Keep in mind, I've used almost ALL the offshore sportsbooks available to me, and I've NEVER been so APPALLED by how this site is even considered a sportsbook at all. Use ANY OTHER OFF SHORE SITE, NOT THIS ONE. I genuinely hope that this site gets taken down because it is just a scam site that disables withdrawals, and has the most scummiest tactics available to stop players from ever winnings.

Account Disabled - All Funds Confiscated - Zero Justification or Recourse

Why anyone would ever use MyBookie is beyond me. Out of nowhere, they disabled my account when I had a balance over $3000. Weeks went by with zero information from them. Eventually they wrote to me and accused me of "past-posting" a wager for $100 and seized me entire $3000 balance and closed my account. When I raised a dispute with them, nothing but radio silence. The $3000 was gone and I never recovered a dollar from it. MyBookie is located in Costa Rica, which means you have zero recourse if they decide to pull anything like this with you. Whatever they decide to do, that is what will happen. They are judge, jury and executioner. You have zero ability to dispute anything with them. There is no reason to play at this sportsbook when you have so many other regulated options out there in the US. If you really want to play offshore and use crypto, there is no reason not to use either Betonline, Bookmaker or Bovada over MyBookie. Read others who have the exact same experienes at MyBookie as I did. Remember, this happened to me completely out of nowhere, it can happen to you to. If you have a balance in MyBookie right now, I strongly suggest that you pull it all out. Why are you playing there in the first place? They have outrageous rollover requirements on any bonuses you take and any lines offered by them are offered by other books as well. Most importantly, your funds are in a perpetual state of risk, they can be seized anytime. Pull your funds out of there yesterday and take your action elsewhere. Don't suffer the same fate I did.

I got a email that said I'd get charged 5 dollars if I don't use this site in 12 months. How can you make a rule without permission. I see closing the account due to inactivity but you can't charge someone without concent. How do they got a 1 star and a 2 star but they average it at 2.7. My math says 1.5

False representation

False representation. They sent me an email for a promotion, terms where very clear, I made the deposit, and once they had the cash they said that it was only half of what they were offering. Se text below, I recommend that all my followers stay away until they make this right. If they can't honor what they are saying, don't trust them with your bets.

"Erick G.Thank you for waiting, after reviewing the account, we are able to add only 50% with 10x rollover, our apologies for any misunderstanding."

2022-05-06: Changed them to 2 stars, I think they are starting to understand, that in the betting industry honor is capital. I have played a few promos since then and they have been ok. If you fix it, it works. Will most likely push them up in a month or two if all looks good.
