Be aware
Be aware! This company provided me half the price of what they offered and claimed the book had water damage. I think this company is scamming half of the people to still get decent reviews. This happened to my friend as well. A photo was sent with water damage and was NOT the book that I mailed to them. I told them to mail the book back and I was send the $10 check and they refused. Do NOT send any books to this company!!!! I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Before mailing in a book for purchase, please check the book completely for any liquid or water damage. As it states in our terms and conditions, on our packing slips, and in our order confirmation emails, we do not purchase books with any liquid damage. If we do get a book that has liquid damage, a reduced offer may be made, as outlined in our terms and conditions. We inspect every book that comes into our facility for liquid damage. As soon as this customer's shipment was opened, pictures were taken of their book with the liquid damage, and an email was sent. The pictures provided were of the book they mailed in.

Be careful. They’re shady
They intentionally changed my offer based on “excessive highlighting” (small portion on one page) and lowered it from $65 to $10. When I asked for them to ship it back to me they said I’d have to pay them $10. I use lots of different college book buy back companies and this company if by the shadiest. Be careful.

The book that the customer mailed to us had excessive highlighting throughout the book. It was not just one page, it was pages throughout the book. Also, multiple exercises were completed with the answers filled in. It states in our terms and conditions that we do not purchase books with excessive highlighting or books with answers completed. All books must be received in at least good condition to qualify for the offer quoted. The customer was notified via email, and pictures of their book, along with the highlighting and completed answers, was sent to them. Please do not mail us books with excessive highlighting or with answers filled in / completed. If questions / exercises are already answered, the next student will not be able to complete them for themselves.

DO NOT SELL YOUR BOOKS TO THIS COMPANY. They will say the item was "damaged" in transit and that they are sending it back to you. But guess what, they never send the books back and steal them. Today I received the shipping label back in the mail, which this fake company cut off the package, while keeping the books for themselves. Never sent me the money and just kept claiming the item was "damaged". Absolute BS and they do not care a single bit. Getting rich off of other people.
Don’t believe the response from the company. They never sent the books back. They are just trying to save their company so they can keep scamming people.

We understand your frustration. In this instance, we did not receive any books from you as the package was damaged in transit. It is very important to package books in a sturdy box or envelope. Please include plenty of packaging material to prevent the box from being crushed. Also, use plenty of tape on the top and bottom of the box to seal the package. If re-using a box, please reinforce any existing tape with new tape to strengthen the seal. The damaged package was refused and returned to the customer in the same condition we received it in.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience, the shipping didn't take too long. The condition of textbook was in good condition, just some ripes. However, just a little fix, it's all brand new.

Poor Experience
Order # 220611-3
Sent three textbooks through USPS. Shipping tracking never shows that they arrived. Heard nothing. Checked in 4 weeks later and was told the books were damaged in transit, could not be accepted, and were mailed back. Nearly 4 weeks later and have never received the books. Messaged them again and have not heard back. Did they steal them? Maybe. What are the odds the package is damaged on the way there and then lost on the way back? I sold some other textbooks around the same time through SellBackYourBook.com via UPS and received my PayPal credit within a couple weeks.
