Be aware of fraud/scam
Never delivered package, I paid high premium for DHL shipment, but they send the package with a local provider who claimed we weren’t home. Unfortunately, we were home and had surveillance to prove they hadn’t been by.
We ended up buying from another place who delivered in 24 hours.
Despite all this - charging 100+ EUR for premium (DHL Express) delivery, using standard shipping and not delivering the package, - My Best Pharmacy refused to refund.
Their reply was “we will not refund”, followed by “Ok, thank you for your time and your fair attitude. “
Therefore, we’ve reported them for fraud and have a case open at Mastercard now.
