Order incomplete, no reaction from company

The Bottle Warmer Pro arrived without the promised adapter. This was included free of charge if you entered your bottle brand. I tried to reach customer service, but they are unavailable (emails, chat, phone number, and the contact page). I'm very dissatisfied with their availability. We can't do anything with this Bottle Warmer Pro now.

The worst purchase from the worst…

The worst purchase from the worst company I could have made. Ordered an adapter in early December, they said it was shipped early February (after two months and multiple mails!) and never received!
Do not by from this company if you don't want to lose your money

Long shippingtime/bad service

Long shippingtime and then they sent me the wrong bottlewarmer. Wouldn’t compensate except offering a faster shipment if i wanted to return and order the right one. The bottlewarmer also takes a very long time to charge. Wouldn’t recommended ordering from this company

Very Disappointed - Poor Product and No Customer Support

I bought the MyBambinis baby bottle warmer, and it takes more than 10 hours to charge, not the 2 hours as they say on the website. I contacted their support, but they never responded. I’m really disappointed and would strongly advise against buying from this company.

It took too long for my purchaise to…

It took too long for my purchaise to arrive. And the bottle warmer doesnt work very good. Sometimes i have to re- heat it again because it doesnt warm the milk up. Im very dissapointed.

Inaccurate delivery times

Company states that orders will be shipped within 48 hours and and arrive within 7-9 business days, as other reviews have stated this is more like a month wait so be wary of this! Still waiting for delivery of my order that was placed 3 weeks ago! Very poor customer service and to track orders requires downloading an App? Avoid!

Delivered from China

I didn’t like not to be advised that goods were coming and shipped from China.
They were delivered in the time they had declared but customers should be informed about the sourcing point.
Despite this goods were good.

I would not even give one start

I would not even give one start. The service is very bad 👎 and delivery is coming from China importiert taking forever...the arriving time is not 2-3days how they say in the website, the real time is 1 month.... and I want to cancel that and I have to pay the chipping back... terrible mybambin

All s fine but adapter for MAM does not…

All s fine but adapter for MAM does not fit very well so I have to use avent bottle to heat water and after this move wate into MAM bottle.
