Fast service and very friendly and professional

Needed a replacement car battery for my Mini and due to various reasons wasn't able to get it to a garage. Looked online and found Auto Hero and was glad I did. Quick and easy order confirmation where I got to choose a time and date that was convenient for me.
On the day of fitting the mechanic was on on time, polite and courteous. Fitting was completed in quick time and all checked over before leaving. Great service and great price for the home visit. Highly recommended. A+

Great local service. I found them online but needed call them as I was not sure which battery to order for my car. They were reassuring and helpful. More importantly, they were quick both in terms of getting the battery to me and fitting. I would highly recommend them.

The Auto Hero mechanic arrived at the appointed time specified. He installed the new car battery without any problems and offered to dispose of the old battery. This was a very efficient service and I would highly reommend Auto Hero again.

Absolutely unparalleled customer service and care, came out to car for work and car wouldn’t start nothing at all, didnt initially think it was a battery issue as had a Varta EFB battery fitted by auto hero about two and half years ago, gave them a call as previous experience was very positive on service and price, within a couple of hours arrived at my house, several checks on existing battery and new one needed, new battery fitted and was told that the previous battery had a 3 year warranty and the new one would be fitted under the manufacturers warranty, WOW, didn't expect that unbelievable customer service and care, Off I went to work contacted them again due to a small issue with climate control not coming on, spoke with the fitter and he arranged to drop in at my work and address the issue, some Ford’s need to have a certain fuse pulled and refitted after a battery change and reprogramming, I was in a meeting and keys left with works reception I then had a message saying all sorted, another WOW, I’ve never experienced such impressive service (unheard of these days) so would I recommend Auto Hero…. ABSOLUTELY YES without any hesitation or doubt, thank you Auto Hero.

Contacted as battery had become unreliable. Given time slot for 9-12am next day. Chap arrived just after nine. Was pleasant and efficient. Installed new battery. Took old battery away as well as rubbish. Gave me receipt with guarantee on back and left. Just what you want from a company

I would definitely recommend this service. I booked online the night before as my car battery was dead and the next day they arrived at my house and fitted the new battery for me. All sorted. They even took the old battery away. A great service at a reasonable price.

This was such a good service and at a very acceptable price. The auto electrician who visited to fit the new battery arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Prior to the visit I was also able to select a quality battery to match my cars needs via their online website. Simply typed in reg number and it gave me options of suitable batteries. All in all a top service i would definately recommend.

Needed a new battery on my mini countryman, which are very hard to get to so used auto hero, who made the all process simple from purchasing the battery letting me choose the date for supply and fitting at my home address, arrived on time very polite and friendly and only 45 minutes to get old battery out and new battery in and all the bits put back together and all coding done car working fine no issues at all, this is the second time we have use auto hero and will again if required 👍👍👍, ps £200 for supply and fitting for me is a great price with 3 year guarantee.

Feed up with jump starting my Sons car, I decided to bite the bullet and get a new one. Checked online and found Autohero with some good reviews. They not only have a shop you can visit, but they’ll come to you. From the easy of online booking to the expert fitting by Adam less than 24hrs later the process faultless. Adam checks the battery needs to be replaced and advises if you need a new one. He then quickly changes the battery while protecting your car electrics by plugging in an external power supply (in our case all in belting down rain). All this done not only in super fast time but also at a price that is similar to buying the battery from an online supplier and having to wait and fit it my self (I would of lost the Radio code and possibly blown the car electronics).

Arrived approximately 3hours after first contact. Battery replaced and tested but turned out to be the alternator although the battery was goosed. No problem I’m recommending them as first class service and a competitive price and the convenience that they came to you.

Excellent service from Auto Hero. Ordered my battery and booked the fitting service on a day to suit me. A very polite and well presented technician turned up, fitted the new battery and took away the old at my home. No hanging about at service centers waiting for it to be sorted. The price including fitting and was very competitive.
