Called claiming they were from a different company. Once I realized they were not the service they claimed, tried to cancel; got multiple call transfers/disconnects. Was told must notify in writing and would take more than 30 days to complete cancellation. Do not trust these scammers!

The benefits referenced were attempted to be used prior to the policy becoming active, within few days of starting. As clearly outlined during enrollment and within the agreement, coverage and member benefits do not go into effect until the required initial payment has been received and the policy is active.
These requirements are standard and applied consistently to all customers. We understand the frustration, but this was not a denial of valid active coverage.
