Just wanted to say thank you to all the reviewers. I really fancied the cashmere cardigan It's my call but I think I will give it a miss !

Like just about everyone else, I have regretted buying from this site. It is dishonest and sells utter rubbish, lying about the quality, products and original price of items for sale.

It's about as close to stealing as it can get within the law.

Please don't waste your time here. You will end up feeling ripped off and regret it.

The three items of clothing I received were nothing like the photos on the website. Very poor quality, no tags, seams coming undone, and - cashmere? Ha, no. That sweater was cheap, stretchy, polyester.

Worse, it costs $50 to return these clothes back to London from the US. I was totally scammed.

Took ages to turn up and when it did the quality was not great. The size (medium) was ridiculously small. The agent whom I was in contact with, did respond, but the returns policy is not helpful. I made a mistake buying from them. Instagram should monitor the quality of the sellers they sell their ad' space to!!

Took weeks. Neither wool yarn nor cashmere as stated. No labels or washing instructions. So small it won’t even fit over my head (I’m a uk 12) and the arms 3” too short, utter rubbish. Total scam. I finally got a refund but not the postage…. Ordered as it appeared to be uk based, not China. ‘You can keep the jumper’ but it’s unfit for purpose and cheap polyester not woolly/cashmere. I’d say ‘faulty’ as it’s utter rubbish but I only lost about £5… beware… what a con! In the bin!

Currently waiting for a single shirt to be delivered a month later - Let's hope it comes!

Poor service - I'd certainly avoid this company.

Thought I had checked this company and seemed legitimate with offices in UK. Avoid scam ships from China, shoddy items not cashmere sizes are for tinie tiny people

Utter scammers! I paid £46 for a jumper which was absolutely terrible quality. I received no email order confirmation or packing slip when the item arrived 3 weeks after my order. I tried to return (at my own cost) and the tracked parcel was refused by them and returned to me! They sent me a portion of the money I had paid, not the full amount. I'll be reporting them to my credit card company for a full refund.

Such poor quality - dollar store value sweater. I should have vetted the company.
All returns have to be sent to the UK, which makes it cost-prohibitive!

Unfortunately as with everyone else's experience, clothing items are cheap knock-offs of items pictured on the website. Are shipping from China, no labels, sizing varies. Seems like another TikTok/Instagram seller temporary company.
You're getting nowhere near the quality you're paying for here, don't be tempted by style or "offers".

Sweater ordered was not cashmere as advertised. Badly made and poor fit. I foolishly ordered a suit before realizing this was a fraudulent site. It was a poor fit as well with no size tags or any care or fabric tags. Do not shop here.

The jumper was not as shown in picture, and the quality is incredibly poor. They definitely show their items made from different fabric, to the one that gets delivered. Very disappointed, waiting to send back

Paid for Royal Mail express delivery (only option given) which indicates 48 delivery. Then you receive multiple emails indicating 7-10 day delivery times, which is because the product comes from CHINA. Their website claims high quality ethical products, but in reality its cheap stuff from china with a big airmiles footprint attached. Go elsewhere, to a reputable provider if you are looking for locally made quality.

No labels, cheap material clothes. Scam- do not buy from here

Fraudulent! You will not get what you pay for, poorly made copies nothing like the pictures.

Poor quality garment - definitely not cashmere - as with other reviewers, no labels for materials and no care instructions - feel foolish not to have checked before purchasing - avoid this company

The payment of £44 for the jumper I had ordered was taken on the 31/12/23, I have received nothing this far. I have emailed and asked where the item is and have had no reply. By any standards this is poor. I won’t be using them again and if I could find a way of doing it I would cancel my order right now.

Ordered three sweaters in same size. Received three sweaters with no label showing size, fiber content, or care instructions. All three sweaters are different sizes and none is the size ordered. Do not appear to be fiber advertised. Waiting to hear back on return request.

As of 1/15/24 the company has resolved the return and refund on these items.

This is a scam website. I was about to buy a cashmere sweater advertised there and decided to do some due diligence beforehand. With a quick reverse image search I found that several products are from AliExpress and falsely advertised (i.e. the cashmere sweater is not cashmere). I also checked the address from their "About us" section and it is not real.
