They do NOT give refunds for returns! Don't buy from here!
I ordered some birkenstock shoes from them and the shoe didn't end up fitting me. Which was weird because I got the same size that I always get when I buy birks. So, I emailed them to try & return them but they are trying to just give me a 10% refund and then a 15% discount code on another item, instead a full refund! Which is crazy because their website says they offer full refunds. I keep emailing them and they just now offered me a 25% refund and a 20% discount code... I have gone back and forth with them and its just ridiculous!

Very dissatisfied
The item I received was a very different color than what it showed online. I reached out to return it and they offered me only a 20% refund! I expressed my disappointment and said I wanted either a full refund or to do an exchange for another color. They then offered me a 40% refund! Very disappointing. I will not shop here again.

I ordered these tennis shoes for my husbands birthday, 12/7. He did not care for them. When I contacted the company for return instructions, I was informed they would be returned to China and shipping would be very expensive. Just to give them to someone else. I have shoes no one can wear and am out $40. Be very careful ordering. “ After posting this review the company gave me a 35 per cent refund of the $40.00 purchase price. I very much appreciate their efforts to meet me in the middle.

Off on the wrong foot
It took an incredibly long time to get my order, I had came to the conclusion that they had just taken my money, when the shoes finally arrived they were about 2-3 sizes too small and would not fit on my feet, so I gave them away to someone who could use them. I tried to contact them and just got the run around

Would not recommend purchasing
The shoes I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive, came in a mailing envelope—no box (this was supposed to be a gift) and don’t fit. Something is off with the sizing. The return process is painful & I’m still trying to get my money back. I would not recommend purchasing from this company
