Repairs not made, now in worse condition than before
Sent seatbelt in for pretensioner repair. They advertise same day turnaround, however my seatbelt was in their possession for 3 days before it was shipped back to me. When I received and installed the seatbelt, the SRS light stayed on. Note there is no reset procedure for my vehicle. I also sent in the seatbelt with a plastic shoulder height adjuster attached, and when I received the seatbelt back this part was missing. I reached out to support 3 days ago and have heard nothing. Would not recommend this business to anybody, it is cheaper to buy a new seatbelt.

I would give 5 stars NEGATIVE if I could. This was a horrible experience as a customer.
I sent two seat belts for repair. One wasn’t retracting fully. The other was locked part way out. The vehicle had NOT been in an accident, so no airbag work was needed.
The day (12/12) my belts were received by MyAirbags, they called me to say it would be a TEN DAY DELAY (until 12/22) for repair because they were “backed up.” I was offered the option of having my belts immediately returned. I took that option, and was told they would be immediately shipped back.
Instead, a short time later (same day) I got an email notice they were working on my seat belts. Then I got a message that they needed more information, "did I just want repair, or webbing.” I immediately replied (within minutes) JUST REPAIR, that's what I ordered. Later, I received an update that my order would be done 12/15 by 2:00 pm.
That didn’t happen. They didn’t ship my belts back until late afternoon on 12/17, after giving me a bunch of false information about repair status in the meantime. On 12/17 they sent me TWO tracking numbers at exactly the same time, one for FedEx and the other was UPS. Eventually, it turned out that UPS actually had my package.
I finally received my belts back late on 12/22. There was a sticker on one of them that the belts “should be washed” for optimal operation. No further information. I have no idea how to do that, no instructions are provided. There was NO communication to me about the belts being “dirty” during the repair process.
And, guess what? THE BELTS STILLS DON’T RETRACT. Which is what I just paid to have repaired. Apparently that sticker to “wash the belts” is MyAirbags way of avoiding responsibility for substandard work. They should have contacted me to discuss how to properly fix the belts. Instead, they chose to return belts that still don’t work.
This company just wasted 2 weeks of my time and ripped me off for over $200 for “repairs” that changed nothing in the operation of my seat belts. This company is run by either thieves or incompetents. TAKE YOUR REPAIRS ELSEWHERE!

I cannot recommend this company. The price for a seat belt repair was double the estimate. I had no problem paying but did want a detailed explanation. I asked a phone rep to speak to someone who could explain why. On 3 occasions, she told me either a tech or a tech supervisor would contact me, weeks later...crickets. Now I can't even get a hold of her. To make matters worse, the seat belt doesn't lock when quickly pulled. Serious safety issue. At this point, I can't determine if this company is shady or incompetent in their communications (and possibly workmanship). Buyer beware.🤔
