Awful returns process.
I ordered 3 items which were all too big. When they were sent to me they were sent in ONE package.
When you try to do a return they will charge you at least £3.99 PER item to return, so nearly £12 for a return on an order of £36, so effectively one third of the order price.
There is also no return address and there is no return slip in the package.

Diabolical customer service. Non existent . Bought diabolically expensive tights ! Supposed to be large 16 to 18. But they are nowhere near it. Would fit a 10 to 12. Requested refund and details of how to return but heard not a single thing back from them. I sent them an Email almost a week ago. Nothing. Zero. So I sent a message on Instagram. I got a message back saying I would hear very soon. Still heard nothing. What the hell is going on ?? Not happy at all.
Bought a beautiful red blanket scarf recently, it was sent quickly with no issues. Really like the scarf, so I might buy some of the other colours, too.
I am annoyed with them, and Debenhams for not making it clear that returns were not free. I have had to email them to find out, but I notice the shoddy little return label in the bag does not state freepost. It looks like a long and very subjective returns process, so I know I will likely have to make two more Clearpay payments before I even get my money back - but get it back I will! Sick of Debenhams and this brands thing - will not be ordering from them any longer, unless I know that the goods are direct from them, and even then, I am too annoyed, so most likely this is my final order.

Purchased a straw hat and sent it bk because it didn't fit but can't have a refund because I didn't send it bk in the original packaging and the hat is apparently non reselable.

I ordered some bags. They relatively quickly and they look just like the pictures. Bought them in the sale so very reasonably priced. Quality is on par with asos, new look and similar brands.
