PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ORDERED A HOODIE FROM THEM FOR CHRISTMAS IT’S BEEN SAYING READY TO SHIP FOR A WEEK. I HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES FOR A UPDATE ON SHIPPING NO RESPONSE & REQUESTED A REFUND STILL NO RESPONSE

Wow everyone is having the same problem with this company I order my hoodie December. The 12th and I still haven't got my order back. Yes, I call my bank to let them know i have been scammed I will never buy anything else from them. People again. I have blocked them so they cannot send me any advertisement.

I ordered a hoodie early November. I got message about shipping. The shipping has nothing on it. I have left several emails and I just keep getting a generic response same one every time. The phone number is a random number to another company that has nothing to do with My 3d hoodie. I wish I would have done more research on this company even if it a company. What can I do. 😡

I wish I had googled this company before purchasing. No communication whatsoever. I found a phone number in small print at the bottom on one of their pages. It goes to some kind of hotel in NY. I was so excited about giving these awesome looking hoodies to my daughters. Ordered. Dec 15, payment processed same day. No confirmation of anything. No shipping date. After many texts and emails, received a generic email regarding their process. Shipping could take up to 15 days with delivery 21 days.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MY3DHODIES!!!

This is GARBAGE!! I wish I would have done more research before I bought. The "sweatshirt" took forever to get here and when it did, I wish it hadn't. It's crap quality and made from like jacket material and not a sweatshirt. It's cheaply printed. They say they are in Moreno Valley, CA, but they are actually in China. Even though they say they accept returns, they do not approve any items to be returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Order my hoodie on November 31 in hope that it will arrive in time for Christmas. Their support email states a 18 days shipping. It is now Dec 24th and I have not received my package. I have sent several status request only to receive one canned email response. Do not buy from this vendor.

I ordered some sweatshirts from them on November 16th. I thought that was enough time to arrive before Christmas. I was wrong. It is Christmas Eve and they haven't made it yet. They will deliver after Christmas. At the rate they are going, maybe they will arrive before the NewYear.

If I could give you a ZERO star rating I would. I ordered a Christmas present on November 23. They charged my credit card immediately and never sent the shipping confirmation. I emailed them and finally got a response they were hiring people to get the massive orders out. Come to find out the sweatshirt is coming from China. I eventually got a shipping confirmation on Dec 12. It's still not here but we celebrate Christmas today with my out of town family. I don't even know if this will be of decent quality. My 3D Hoodie - you stink.

I place an order on 11/27 and it was shipped on 12/12 and it was said to take any where from 5 to 15 days for deliver. This weekend right before Christmas is when it should arrive. Well this companies tracking doesn't work so I do no know where my order is and I don't have any idea what carrier is delivering it. There emails are a joke they don't answer any questions Its been 5 days since I posted this and still no order and I have no idea where it is.I will never order from them again

No customer service phone number.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I want to return two items. There is no customer service phone number. I have no invoice. I have emailed them TEN TIMES and still no info on how to return their sweatshirts made out of some weird nylon fabric. I think Zi am out $112!! I may have to contact my state attorney general. Terrible, nonexistent customer service!

The company does not send the product & will not communicate with the buyer! I have called the number provided and get an automated message. I have emailed but received no response. I do not have my items. Do Not Ever Buy From This Company!!!!!!!

The sizes are inaccurate and run too large. Contacting customer service takes a long time, and when you are finally “approved” to obtain a refund, you are required to ship your items to China to get your money back.

Their website boasts “Easy Returns,” but if you have ever shipped to China, you know it is far from easy and very expensive. The most economical shipping method, which takes up to 30 days to reach China, costs more than what I paid for the hoodie.

I believe their refund policy is fraudulent because they are not honest about their return and refund process. BEWARE when buying from them, as if you don’t like what you receive, you will NEVER get your money back.

I ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter. She had sent me the link for it . The hoodie looks nothing like the picture in the website and the material is not the same as described . It’s cheaply made and the color variation is also different. Their website states they will provide a shipping label for returns if accepted and one reason for a return is a defective item which this clearly is. They are offering me a 20% refund which isn’t acceptable to me. They stated in the email that they don’t provide a shipping label. Also, although it’s not clear on the website, these items are from China.

The California address is a LIE, they ship from China. Also, I ordered an embroidered hoodie. There was no embroidery, it was cheaply printed instead.

I finally received my order. It's TERRIBLE QUALITY. I should have read the reviews prior. I learned my lesson. I will NEVER AGAIN order from this company. I spent over $60 and its garbage quality. This company is not what you see online. I'm donating my outfit, its that bad.

Want to work with this company about what I order and want to exchange but they will not get back with me and I don’t know what to do. I would love to buy more from this company for Christmas but there’s no way I can at this point help me.

The company did advertise a hoodie. It actually shipped one to me, reasonably on time. But I was hit by a foreign transaction fee on my credit card statement even though the company gave a California address. From a canned response by their customer service, they have no intention of refunding this fee.
