Money 4day wacht. Money through the exchange office should have been transferred to paypal with advcash. Money deducted from the account and not paid on paypal. Online service does not work

I exchanged my perfectmoney to a mastercard, they took my perfect money credits and its been 2 days I'm waiting for my credits on mastercard, they don't have any kind of costumer service, I emailed them and write them on telegram which they only provided that, they never answer you. and until now I'm waiting for my credits.
