I don't know where this company got my credit card details or email address. I was charged $69.00AUS 42.55EURO for something I did not order! This is a scam and I have advised my bankers not to allow payment through my account. I found an email in my spam. What is this company all about and where the hell did they get my details from.

It appears that I inadvertently went onto a free trial on h24help.com. I have not used any of their services in anyway! Yesterday I was notified by my bank that $71.34 had been deducted from my account for “membership”. I quickly contacted this unethical company as I had not and will not use their services only to be refused a refund! In short I have been charged for receiving absolutely nothing! DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP!
