It is six weeks today and I do not have a passport. I want a refund! Sleepless nights and I am not going to be able to go on vacation. My friends used other companies to expedite which were cheaper and they recieved their passports in 5 weeks. Now Im out thousands of dollars for a vaction I can not go on that I desperately needed. I am beyond furious.

I will call every day until I get a refund. This is a horrible service and you all should be ashamed of where you work and what you do to people who have trusted you with personal information.

This is my second review. I’m writing again because there is no other means for communication. I have emailed and called the number but haven't gotten a response. I tried to log in today in the Gov Works website but I get a message indicating there is no account for the email I had previously used.
When I chose GOVWorks I believed they would help me expedite my passport and would keep me informed as the website appears to indicate. However no information is shared.

Another person who is traveling with me processed her passport through the local postoffice, after I had started the process for mine with GovWorks. She got her passport with no problem on June 1st. She didn’t have to pay extra to process her passport.

I wish I could give lower than one star.. We paid for expedited passport renewal upfront, it was guaranteed to arrive before our travel date. We called for 3 days, no answer from them. No passport. No refund. No trip for us. I can’t bear to go into how much money we lost because of this. The owner of the company is Adam Boalt and he lives a glorious luxurious lifestyle funded by all the people he scammed. He’s your typical Florida-living-gross&greedy-looking-middle-aged white guy with a young wife who really really enjoys travelling. Maybe you can get a reply from them there... or at the very least they can face some public shame for their awful crimes

Oh how I wish I read this first. This place is an absolute scam avoid it at all costs.

What a scam. Have to enter credit card just to see what they do and they charged me even though I didn’t do any paperwork after I realized they charged $135 not including the fee for the passport. Don’t do it, it took a LOT of work to get my $ back, even though I didn’t order anything! HUGE rip off. Use UPS instead, fill out your own form and get a pic at Walgreens.

This is a SCAM. They don't follow up and the worst part FedEx is associated with them. Now they have my personal information...I lost $137.00

I should have read these reviews before I processed through this company. I needed a simple renewal of my passport. I sent it in 6 weeks before my trip and they not only messed up my order, but they were unable to deliver it in time for my trip. My family of 5 will have to travel without me in order not to lose the airfare, house rental and all the other deposits. My nephew applied 5 days after me at another company and he got his 7 days before travel. Their customer service was horrible. They should have told me that my passport wouldn’t arrive in time. Plus I paid money when I could have went to the office to get it in a couple of days. I called the office to get a passport in person and now they say they have no appointments. I am heart-broken to have to tell my family about this.

Avoid like a plaque... it is a scam... just fill out the on-line application, print it and send directly with expedited fee.

I couldn't complete my application process through this website, as there was no way to upload my FedEx passport photo and submit my application. When I tried to reach customer service, there was not a person to talk to to resolve this issue. I was only able to get a refund by going through the Better Business Bureau.

Save your money! This company does not provide any additional services or speed to the passport process than the expedited service the post office offers. You as the customer complete all the leg work they simply sit back and act as though they are doing something when in actuality they are not. Do not use their so called services. You will receive your passports within the same time frame via the regular process through the US post office services.

I did not receive my passport over 6 weeks later.
I paid over 300 dollars and they will not answer the phone. I tried 3 numbers and they all go to the same place, no answer.
I am 72 years old and this is a scam. I am contacting the attorney general

This is not a government associated company. They are a small shop in Miami siphoning money and identity information. You can apply with the state department directly for their fees only. This company charges you several hundred dollars and then you will still need to pay the fees to apply for your passport.

Just like everyone else. I never got my passport. I paid extra to get it 4-6 weeks. Called, 5 weeks in they claimed they never started it. Asked for my money back, they refused. However, they did send an email for me to request a refund. Still never got my refund after calling their billing, left multiple messages. Don’t use this company. Not sure why FedEx uses them.

This company is a scam. You pay upfront before any services are performed. I did not use any of their services and asked for my 200 dollar refund within hours of realizing it was a scam. They refused to give my money back even though I did not pay for their services.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I paid the extra $140 for what was supposed to be expedited service which this company guarantees is faster than the post office. My husband got his directly from the post office a week after I ordered mine and received his within 5 weeks. I ordered mine on 9/22/20 and have not received mine or received any updates from this company since 10/07/20, contacted the government office today and they said no expedited service was requested and they’re estimating it will arrive middle to end of December. Come to find out this company issues “no refunds”, filed a complaint and have been given a run around saying I paid for 8-10 week service and then they changed it to I paid for 6-8 week service. Company refuses to give me my money back even though it was spent on nothing. 0/10 recommend.

The his company is a complete scam. Their site says expedited service. Nope. They mail your application to the passport office just like everyone else does. Then your application gets in line like everyone else. I have called and called and called. I am as promise a partial refund that never came

A total scam. Sent in my application and waited. After three weeks started calling every week to check progress. Always told that it is progress at the department of state. After seven weeks called department of state customer service. The department of state told me they don't have the application. Called Govworks back and found out that they MAILED the application, not walked it through as they were hired to do, nine days after they received it. This company is a total scam. Go to the post office to renew your passport.

If there’s was a way to put 0 stars I would! I regret not reading reviews prior to paying and Not knowing where my passport is at. I have called every single day and answering machine only knows how to say one thing and does not help or have anything to do with what I asked for. I have no way to contact them...
