I purchased three 30-day Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes from seller gamemania. They were non-stackable codes; I had to wait for each to expire before using the next. I used the first two without a problem. When I attempt to use the third code after the second month expired, I found that the code had already been redeemed. I provided screenshots of my Microsoft account and the chat with Microsoft confirming that it wasn't used in my account. Eneba refused to refund the purchase because the code was used after my purchase. They said that the seller has ways to confirm this directly with the publisher, which they "could not ignore". Considering that I know for certain that I neither used the code nor gave it away, I believe that gamemania resold my code.

You can buy legitimate keys through Eneba but customer service will not help you if you get ripped off, even if you provide proof.

My bank just contacted me , this site tried to take £40 from my card ..... I have never heard of these people

took my money put code in told me it had already been returned makes no sense waiting on a refund

My son got a mail for free Disney+ and they got 465 euros from his account in 3 days!!! He is still under age and the bank told us to go to the police and the bank is gonna start a procedure! I am the mother and really distressed and angry that this could happen!

keys dont work so i refunded them, now i cant even withdraw my money from eneba

Tried to purchase a .89p code one morning. It failed, but my card details were stolen and 3 attempts made to withdraw £3452 were made in quick succession, but thankfully (being a new company to my account) I was asked to verify them and cancelled them all.
Sadly had to have a new card sent which means I now have to update my payment details everywhere :(

I recently purchased a game for my son. Since then I have received several different charges to my account all from different merchants. The last charge of $139. I believe the are handing out my card information. Thankfully I was able to block all charges to my account.

I bought two digital codes. One of them worked. One not. They asked me to provide specific evidence that I did not redeem the code and I did. They still refused to refund me with the excuse that "the seller gave us info that when they provided the code it was working". I asked what if the seller send the same code to more customers /and or to provide the evidence of the seller's claim (I sent them exactly what they asked on this matter). They obviously refused.
To me this is as a GREAT SCAM. They sell multiple codes at a similar time, and then refuse to refund you (officially, because I am pretty sure that's simply a lie).

I have bought 14 games and all worked just fine. no problems at alle.

I have now bought 2 steam keys on there and both of them worked without any problem, both of them came as soon as I paid. and I haven't had any problem at all with the games or website at all.

(I bought "Elden ring" and "dark souls 3")

stay away from this website the steal your money i have buy a code and it was all ready use stay the hell away from this website !!!

Buy from this website and you get codes emailed to u legit. it is genuine website

Absolute con. Bought a code through one of their sellers and it doesn't work. When you raise a claim, a number of 'employees' email you asking for the same information, an even if you send screen shots they pretend that they haven't received it. Stay clear of this site as an absolute scam!

Horrible service...liars, scammers...STAY AWAY...you WILL lose your money!

Sold me a code that couldn't be redeamed and when I chased up they advised it had already been redeamed.
Questioned why and how it has happened along with all the proof it hadn't... Closed the ticket and refused to respond. Really poor service

Bought 2 Nintendo eshop cards for equivalent of about £85 from a 99.7% rated seller in Eneba.

Neither of the codes worked.

Raised ticket and Eneba merged them and closed them. Now no answer and no codes about a week later.

G2A was better than this as are other proper sites.

AVOID.

EDIT : So a few days after writing this I did get a response from Eneba. They recognised they’d closed my tickets erroneously and took steps to refund me (I opted to get the money into the Eneba wallet since that was quicker).

I received that wallet funding quickly and purchased some alternative codes which worked as intended.

Ok so they’re slow to respond to problems and they mistakenly closed my tickets but eventually they fixed things. As a result I’ll make this a 3/5 review of them - it was 1/5 before.

Bought a used game key, got ghosted after providing all proof they demanded for a refund. Never using eneba again.

terrible customer service. never had a problem with them until i did. 2 weeks to resolve a 2$ transaction in which i was sent the wrong game key. I had no issues with fanatical or green man gaming with issues like this. As a result i think im done give my money to bad companies. i just glad it wasn't a 60$ game
