Good customer service, and the website is very easy to use my KYC got verify in minutes, user friendly approach and it easy for new user to use

I have just opened an account and received a $50 no deposit bonus. Seems like a legit broker. Let me see how it goes.

I am sharing my experience with DB Investing for transparency.

I deposited approximately $500 and traded normally on my account, mainly on gold (XAU/USD). Over time, my balance increased to around $5,400.

I then submitted a withdrawal request of approximately $4,900, which was accepted and marked as “processing”.

Shortly after that, my account was suddenly suspended due to alleged “hedging violations”, and the majority of my profits were removed. I only received $1,800 back, while more than $3,000 was deducted.

What concerns me most about this situation:

- My trading activity was not restricted in real time
- No effective warning or enforcement action was applied before profits were generated
- My withdrawal request was already accepted prior to any action taken on the account
- The enforcement was applied only after the profits were made

I attempted to resolve this matter professionally and requested a fair settlement. However, after multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the decision is final, and no further compensation would be provided.

I fully respect that companies have policies, but the way this situation was handled raises concerns about timing, transparency, and fairness.

I am sharing this experience so other traders are aware and can make informed decisions.

This is the second time I’ve been misled by DB Investing with false promises about adding a bonus. I followed all the required steps, met every condition, and waited patiently, yet nothing was delivered.
The support team keeps giving empty assurances with no real action. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Customers are clearly being misled with offers that are never fulfilled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it further on Trustpilot and across social media platforms to make sure others are aware of this experience.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Do not trust their promotions or promises.
