Trash app!!! They banned me then wouldn’t tell me why and then sent me a cease and desist email. Fing stupid as hell

So on a pro plan it’s $56 per month each week on a pro plan you’ll make $6 per week over 4 weeks you’ll only make $24 possibly $30 if you grind.

The algorithm is flawed sometimes.. you’ll make nothing even geomines left here and there you’ll get hardly anything .

If you get the SentinelX nfc card it adds literally no value to the experience whatsoever it’s just something designed to .

If you get the plus or the pro you are basically funding the scheme and the money you pay pays other users very little.

The free plan it will take you probably 4-5 weeks to earn $12 or 20,000 XYO tokens you need at least 10,000 to cash out equivalent to $6 AUD so basically nothing.

You can get free money from this but it’s an absolute grind you’ll be lucky to make $50 per year using it 8 hours per day for 365 days of the year.

Wow, yes I've had issues with the app. I paid for pro but in app says basic, contacted support and they wanted proof so I sent axscreen shot of proof and never heard from them again, I pay the bill through Google pay and of course Google does protect us they only protect developers, if you choose to use this app do not pay a premium for it , support was great till I proved my pro account said basic.
I don't think they are scamming me, I did a fresh reinstall and everything cleared up. No I don't think this a scam. It does pay out
However for $35 a month you are paying for basically a little more speed. 10% off your redeems witch I have never seen yet. It does pay out with in 72 hours but basic plans only once every two weeks but if you PAY $ 35 you can redeem ONCE a week
The amounts you need to redeem flexuates. Bitcoin and ETH both flex with the market value witch is understandable. But you can mine satoshis witch convert to bitcoin with out the flex of the market. Another words you don't need to mine more to get your coin goals
This is by far from a free app. $13 for a card to start then $49 for each after that , then invites need a card too
With out a card on a basic plan will give you nothing unless you choose to use rewarded tasks .. you can earn faster and redeem daily using a gaming hub
Support is a complete joke. If you have a legit issue. They leave you in the dark. Pro account says basic and they just ignored it. Reinstall did clear it up but no support what so ever. So before you pay them anything ask yourself if you want to pay that for a little extra speed. Because imo it's not worth it. Yes I travel a lot and to have to refresh constantly is not acceptable with a $35 plan

Been collecting and claiming for over 2 years !!

So I think most people familiar with coin app know its marketed as a geominining app but it's function is much darker and the evidence is in the rewards they give. I tested all aspects of this app and here is what I found.
The first thing to note is that it analyses your behaviour on your phone. The app does not like being ignored and will accumulate videos and intensify collection of points if it is left open to bring you back in, however it anyses your use of the app to gain points and block those methods. For example, they have things called geomines which are people dropping large quantity of coins for people to collect when the icon appears on the app. The first 200 people get some of the coins. When I started, they would drop every 37 to 45 seconds. The app detected my behaviour and changed it to space them out longer so I would not get the rewards as frequently. If you do get first place, you only get 1pc if the total pot which is pathetic. They made it harder for me to get the geomines.
The second thing they do is that they never tell you when geomines become available and only show the icon randomly such as after an ad etc... This is counterproductive to the end user because geomines are generally all collected within the first 20 seconds so when the icon appears, more times than not the geomines are all taken.
Another way to collect coin is to listen to audio ads and push the mining icon. The mining icon only gives a max of. 20 coin which is rubbish but the ads will give you 2.0. max. I found when you put the mining icon on auto explore, the ads would play frequently but the app detected this and stopped it. It also cut back my video ads which would give me up to 4.0 coin. It also detected I was force refreshing the app by switching between apps so ads would play and they stopped this. This was all to stop me getting enough coin. The behaviour monitoring was very disturbing if I'm honest.
Another way to earn coin was through surveys. But unfortunately these surveys are all ages meaning that if you are over a certain age, they disqualify you but still collect the data. They also advertise short surveys which is a lie, the average survey is 30 minutes and only ever give you a fraction of coin they advertise.
The surveys do advertise large coin amounts but I never got these amounts.
There are short games but we're never available to me.
The largest coins were for surveys, ads and games and the geominining as they advertise is pitiful low coins mounts.
I tested the driving function which advertised a geominining amount at destination. Never got it. I did a journey of 100 miles one day and I only got 27 coins.
The point of all this is to raise enough coin to get a minimum of 1000 xyo coin. These coins have no value until you can swap them for actual valued items. You have to raise 10000 coin to get the lowest value item which are the xyo coin.
It took me nearly a month of constant usage to reach 10000 but I did get the xyo coin. If you use the coin app there is no charge for transfer but the caviet is that your country allows trading in xyo on the coinbase wallet which my country was not so I had to use eth wallet which charged me 167 xyo for processing.
Other things that this app does is when you select the geomines icon for drops, it will display an add to purchase their subscription prohibiting the user from selecting the geodrops quickly. Another example where the app tries to deter you from coin collection.
Some video ads purposely display blank ads that never finish so prohibiting coin collection.
If and audio ad plays at the same time as a video ad, the video ad will hang prohibiting coin collection.
I collected my 10000, took the xyo and left.
It also advertises gambling apps and fraud apps which promote gambling and theft and nothing else from videos. The audio ads are standard marketing and government propaganda.
This app rewards for behaviour analysis and data. Geominining is only a front with low rewards.
If you do want to use it, get your 10k and leave.

Completely garbage, they use your electric, data, drains your battery& spam of your phone for few Pennies and their PRO membership is $35 USD and you make $5 month. What a SCAM!

They keep charging me for a subscription that I never agreed to. I was asked for my card to be charged 1$ to verify who I was. Now every month I get charged 34.95$. It's complete bullsh"*t

Good app. Working smooth, the "earnings" are very low obviously but better than nothing.
Why 3 stars?
The so called "rewarded surveys"...those are a very scam!
After asking EVERYTHING about your personal life, obtaining all the info in some aspects they are interested into (my last one was about films and took me 20 mins...) they said that I didn't qualify for the survey and so...no rewards.
This happens 7 times on 10 and it's irritated because clearly the went far the normal basics check!

I absolutely love it! I am a local truck driver in Louisiana and run 12-14hr/day. I have Master Sub with sentinel x card. I mine minimum 100K coin/week… 400K coin per month. And there are other miners who double what I am mining…

I made a pro subscription for 34.95usd payed for a few months after that cancelled my subscription in march on google play as they instruct on the website.
Now in June I see that I still get billed from the same account.
My payment plan has been Basic ever since so my subscription was cancelled and didn't get any extra benefits
I wrote to customer support but they don't answer.
What do I do to get my money back and make sure they don't charge me again?

Redeemed my first 10,000 without any problem.
For the second 10,000 I have not receive my token yet and it's been more than 2 days.

I gave it one star because 0 stars or negative wasnt an option.
I bought a 1 week subscription for 55dkk(about 8$) which got me about 5$ worth of the so called XYO-coin for spending 16 hours of clicking and being played, and choose not to renew. Now several months later i find to have been billed (without my accept) for 299dkk(about 44$) for each month. Besides the stupidity in weekly subscriptions being cheaper than monthly, this firm has now stolen more than 1000dkk(132$) DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS BS PRODUCT!

Paid $34.99 for premium subscription, also ordered a sentinal card which cost me about$18. Took me a month to get to 10,000 coins. Redeemed the coins which turned the 10,000 coins for 221 xyo cryto currency which turns into $4.50. don't waste your time as the money you pay them you will not make back. Costs more in electricity charging your phone than it does with the money you get back from them. Very disapponted

I’m in the process of filing a FTC complaint on this company. I signed up for the 3 Day trial they gave and then cancelled the trial on the 2nd Day. Low and behold the end of the 3rd day I got charged by a company by the name of WeWillMine and Coin App claims that they have no idea how my information got to them when Coin App is the only app that I’ve dealt with. But clearly it’s a server security issue where somebody was able to get my card information if they truly have no knowledge of how my card information that was stored on their website fell into the hands of another mining company. The customer service manager, Tyler, kept deflecting it off on me like it was my fault and repeatedly told me over and over that I need to contact this company who is clearly fraudulent. And get my money back from them. When I was trying to tell him that the company he works for has a breach in their system. But he kept deflecting off on me.

A complete scam. They tried to take $ 34.95 from me over my bank card without my knowledge?
It seems to be a common practice for them to dispose of other people's money.
Who should I contact to report a scam of this kind.

This is a scam. I was charged $34.95 on Dec. 30th. without my authorization. I had to report the charge as fraud to get reimbursed by my credit card.

The good reviews are planted. They "salt the mine".

I am really dissapointed with these guys. They've introduced a new way to get coins by completing ' challenges' and signing up to deals by alleged partners. One of which just scammed me for £20. Please avoid using any of their services - they are scammers.

All the big positive reviews talking good about it were clearly done by people protecting coin app’s interests!!

TOTAL EFFING SCAM
I have tried twice to redeem coins and they disappear both times. I followed their instructions both times. The coins never got to my wallet. I canceled the premium plan, got a refund and then got billed again. When I asked about it the next time I was told I had to ask apple for the refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
