Proxy are cheap but not that reliable
Proxy are cheap especially mobile ones however! IP rotation to random countries is possible, there's an option to choose certain region in certain country, but even then after IP change region and even country can change. Support works really fast and fine, but that's not enough if you need a 100% reliable mobile/residential proxy they can just change your proxy, but not change the level of service you can get there
