I paid extra for 2-3 day delivery but the order was supposedly delivered 9 days after the order. I say "supposedly" because I and my neighbours are travelling and the delivery proof from chronopost/dpd is not accessible and I have no way of knowing if the order was delivered or not. Customer service has not responded to my emails or queries.

Let down by delivery
Easy to use website. Good product prices and choice. But insistence of using Royal Mail with a signature instead of tracked led to a delivery timeline of 9 days past the due date and the only resolution was for me to make a 15 mile round trip to collect from the parcel office.
I have lots of deliveries from courier companies. None is so trumatic as Royal Mail

Breach of consumer rights—refund withheld after return received
Order Number: MO-200004888095
I strongly advise avoiding this company. I received a damaged item, followed all their return instructions, and they are now completely ignoring my emails and withholding my refund well beyond the legal 14-day timeframe.
For anyone considering ordering from them, here is the timeline of how they handle issues:
8th June: Order placed.
11th June: Parcel delivered to a DPD locker completely damaged. I emailed immediately with photographic evidence.
15th June: Customer service requested more photos and a formal statement, which I provided.
18th June: Returns note finally provided.
24th June: Tracking confirms the damaged return was successfully received back at their facility in France.
29th June: Emailed a formal complaint regarding the slow handling.
6th July: Received a stalling email stating they had "contacted the warehouse."
10th July: They have now missed the legal 14-day statutory deadline to issue a refund. They are completely ignoring my follow-up emails.
They currently have the damaged goods and my money. The customer service has been abysmal from start to finish. Since they are refusing to reply or issue the refund, I am now being forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds.
To make matters worse, their advertised UK phone number (02070970015) is completely inactive and results in a "call failure" every single time I try to call.
Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with MyOrigines. The perfume, gucci flora gorgeous gardiena intense, I received did not smell like the genuine version I had previously owned. The scent was extremely weak, faded very quickly, and seemed watered down, which left me questioning the authenticity of the product.
I contacted customer service to explain my concerns, but they were not helpful and did not offer a satisfactory resolution, and ended up ignoring my emails. I felt like my concerns were dismissed, especially considering the amount I paid.
I spent nearly £90 expecting a genuine Gucci fragrance, but based on my experience, I was left feeling misled and disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this company again and would not recommend them! They did not even give me a refund back!! Do not buy from them!!

Absolutely unacceptable service
Absolutely unacceptable service — order never delivered and customer support completely ignores me
I placed an order for a Creed Himalaya perfume worth €258.02 on 27 June 2026. The estimated delivery date was 1 July, but the perfume was never delivered.
The tracking information has remained stuck at “awaiting collection by the carrier”, which suggests that the parcel may never even have been handed over to the delivery company.
I have already sent several emails asking for an explanation, an updated delivery date, or a refund, and I have received absolutely no response. For a company selling expensive luxury products, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
They took my payment immediately, but failed to deliver the product and are now ignoring every attempt to contact them. I currently have neither the perfume nor any clear information about what happened to my order.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on how this order has been handled, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise other customers to think carefully before placing an order.
