No toaster and no refund (they said it had been delivered, but it hadn’t). No response to my many emails. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Order never arrived. Numerous emails saying it was shipped then delivered but it is as others say a complete con.

Disgusting people. I feel so stupid for being scammed :-(

Ordered for Xmas present and exactly the same happened to me never turned up basis rip off
I did pay by credit card and opened a dispute form. Its no hassle and should hopefully receive my money back 🙏

I ordered a toaster before Christmas and it said it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. I then got a message a month later saying it had been delivered, but I never received it. I hate being ripped off!!!

Scam. Was never delivered. They sent emails to say they had a problem with the deliverer and they were sorting it but it never happened.

Never received the toaster despite receiving two e mails giving excuses. Ordered as a Christmas present.

Order in early December tried to contact vendor several times to chase why none delivery on 3 rd January. No response. Web site is a scam .

Ordered on 10 December and still not arrived. Decided this is a scam. Email promised delivery on the way but no tracking etc information and then another email saying it would be 'reshipped' but still nothing.

Like all your other poor people, it is a scam. I ordered two in November , nothing has arrived. Replies have stopped. I shall be contacting the police. This is a crime. You never think you're going to be the mug but hey -ho.

I ordered two ( one a present ) in November, Lo and behold like countless others it never arrived despite being toldit had been delivered . I emailed twice with no reply,and yesteday When my blood had reached boiling point, SURPRISE SURPRISE the shop no longer exists. Save your money and avoid at all costs .

I have not received my order. Twice I've been told that it was delivered but it hasn't!

I would give this company zero if I could.
Item didn’t arrive and emails ignored. Do not order from them. I’ve raised it with my credit card company!

I had same story as everybody else same script “I refused del “ they wouldn’t answer emails text etc eventually I got an email saying they will send another at their expense ? 2nd one didn’t arrive obviously I wasn’t expecting it to ,I’ve been back to my bank trying to get refund lo and behold an email arrived “ your order has been delivered “ let us know how delivery was ?
Erm no nothing has been delivered yet again , it was a present WAS a present being the operative word , I will now be searching the shops for something to replace it . It’s criminal that they are happy to scam people at Xmas some who may not have the money to lose , they’re disgusting thieves , parrot fashion scripts to everyone who manages to get a response !!!

Read the reviews, I wish I had. This is a con being committed by lazy, idle, thieving scum.

SCAM, Emailed to say parcel was delivered but refused, would resend at their own cost. Emailed again to say it’s been delivered, order not received and I doubt I will get a refund. Avoid
