Serious safety concerns

my experience with the Joolz Air + stroller that I purchased a year and a half ago.

Unfortunately, I have had several serious safety issues while using this stroller. Since my baby was around 14 months old, she has been able to get out of the stroller on her own. The harness system does not provide enough security. With very little pressure, she can unfasten herself and stand up or climb out.

This situation is extremely dangerous. Children between 14 and 16 months are at a stage where they are curious and want to explore, but they do not understand danger. A stroller should be designed to keep them safely secured, and in this case, it does not.

I reported this issue to the company and even sent a video as evidence. However, as a parent, you are not always expecting your child to suddenly get out of the stroller, which makes this flaw even more concerning.

I believe this stroller is unsafe for children over one year old unless they are constantly supervised at every second, which defeats the purpose of a safe stroller. I feel it is important to share this experience so other parents are aware and can be extremely cautious.

Safety should always be the top priority when it comes to products for children

Super bad customer service

A part of my Joolz aer 2 handle broke after 1 month of usage and support has been ignoring me for 2 weeks now. I would expect way better from a pram that costs almost 1k gbp with all the attachments. Case number 00357562.
Also, the pram is very easily scratched, quality is not good. But it is a very handy pram in terms of foldability.

Footmuff purchased on official Joolz Website

I bought footmuff online , unfortunately the wrong blue for my pram now trying to refund, item send back straight away, paid £13 for sending back as there's no other option. They have lost my item and since there is email after email but no refund. They have my money , my goods that I have sent back . Costumer service is so bad its joke literally. I wish I have never used them website to purchase anything . Its so bad that I wish I could give the no stars.

Not worth even one star

Not worth even one star. The company must be avoided, please do not spoil your nerves and just buy a different pram. Extremally bad customer service and ignorance of the complaint.

Do NOT buy it!!! Costomer service Ruuuude.

Finally I get to leave a review!!! Worse buy after doing so much looking around for a buggy. Costmer Service is really bad, rude and not helpful what so ever. I do not understand why sell a buggy withOUT a raincover in 2019!!! And then charge £50 for a raincover. Everything that is needed for this buggy, you have to puchase individually. It's like buying a car but finding out you have to buy the windows, then the seats etc. I will tell ANY1 not to buy Joolz ever. It only looks good in the shop. I should have left it there.

My pram is 3 years old and all it’s…rust bucket

My pram is 3 years old and all it’s nuts and bolts are rusting and it does not allow the pram to work correctly. I contacted the company but they are trying to blame me living near the beach. I live far away from the beach and I also clean my pram weekly. They refuse to replace the pram as well. Plus now they are trying to get this review erased and making me jump through hoops.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! Do not accept a return of an online purchase. Just ignores your emails. Tried to complain to European Consumer Center, ignores their emails as well. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Stay away!
