Look elsewhere.

Two orders placed and refunded in the last two months. Website full of errors and absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Time wasters!
EDIT: If you don't stock products, don't show them available! If you need to charge VAT, charge it at the checkout, not after! If you can't deliver worldwide, show it on the website and don't accept orders! Time wasters! Too bad a company like TSP works with you. I'd rather send my ECU to Australia!

First time, you asked for refund, because you didn't want to wait more for the "Orderable" product.
Second time, it turned out that you requested delivery to an island where our shipping partner and more couriers cannot deliver. We offered an individual delivery at a higher price, you didn't ask for it, you asked for a refund again. I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with us because of these.
